Ah-hah... Its been dunno how long simce i last updated(as usual).... Been busy these days, yea, even during the holidays my calendar screams "BUSY".

Now, busy with what u may wonder. Haha, busy with the "unusual" stuff in this case. But mainly catching up with friends, prepare for industry panel presentation as well as getting my jaw treated.

Catching up with old friends is always nice, but oh how sad that there is this thing called school and well the society says(indirectly) that all of us muz attend.... Anyway, school is a torture with the exception of primary sch=)

Industry panel presentation aka "joke of the year"... Well well, it went rather smoothly i would say, but hey it all boils down to hard work once again. But at least my hard work paid off. My team clinched the third place in the cohort, bagging a miseable reward in the process....

Now going on to my jawache.... Now is heart ache oso. Haha. But i guess its money well spent. From the day my jaw/teeth started aching till now, I spent abt 1K in all. Haha, how i spend so much huh? As some of u had known, the wrong diagnosis thingy by this dentist who i think is some rookie whom graduated from NUS faculty of dentistry..... I had no choice but to consult him, as i really was in desperate need of a dentist at that point of time.

Then later, I visited another dentist... Which well at the very least was able to diagnose the cause of the condition.... But couldn't really offer me any solutions... That i dun blame her. Well, she wasn't trained in that aspect anyway. I require someone trained in maxillofacial surgery in my case....

Hence with no idea where to get someone trained in that aspect, I went to the hospital. Alexandra hospital in case u are wondering or ever need it in future(touch wood).... It was during the consultation at alexandra hospital that revealed further problems... The infamous "Wisdom tooth"....

But a tat more complex than others who suffered from the same condition. Mine was both sides on the lower row of teeth. And they are like clamping my whole row of teeth from both side, resulting in severe pain. Severe in this case is really SEVERE and u will not wanna know what that feels like.... Furthermore, both tooth is being covered by a layer of bone, so a surgery is needed in this case. Haha, actually looking forward to the surgery to relieve myself of the traumatic experience i had with all these toothaches for the past couple of months....

Ok, now back to my jaw... Yea, suffering from temporomanbular joint disorder... That is simply a joint in your head. Put a finger on your face, infront of your ear... You should be able to feel the temporomanbular joint should you start moving your jaws.... Some dunno what cartilage disc slipped out of place resulting in all the pain! But well, the treatment to this is more of medication coupled with therapeutic approach. So, yea, needs time...

Yea and these were the two culprits responsible for all the intense pain i experienced during the past couple of months. The surgery should relieve at least half of the pain i'm experiencing now. Let's hope the jaw treatment goes well too....

Results day is tmr.... Haha, kindda getting a little nervous now... Unlike the previous sem, this sem is very different in its own ways. More hectic, more modules, more stressed up. more problems.

I guess its due to how the semester structure itself, landing the school days in the midst of all the holidays and everyone practically gets into holiday mood.

Greater expectations, greater pain when one falls? i guess so.... This sem started off quite well i muz say. I got much better results than my last mid-sem, but alongside this good news, comes a greater expectation both from myself and those around me to achieve even better or at least maintain these results come end sem.

This type of life is indeed highly stressful i muz say. Speaking of which, my jaw still hurts now. I really have no idea who i should look for now. I visited the dentist twice, but since its mainly jaw aches and muscle cramps around the jaw areas and nth to do with the teeth at all, I dunno if I should go visit a specialist dealing with muscle cramps or a specialist whom deals with the bones/joints....

Looking back, i can have a whole team of project mates telling me i dunno this and that and expect me to cover ass for them... I even got project mates who have the cheek to spend the whole night in his friend's house gambling till dawn while i'm rushing out reports after reports throughout the night. Oh, how i miss last sem....

But of course, there are things to be glad about too. Friends who are willing to lend me a helping hand while i'm in desperate need of one. Thank you! You know who u r...

Now, I can juz wait patiently for my results to be released tmr. For all other subjects, I suppose they are not much of a problem. But for my Stats paper, I seriously have no idea what the outcome would be. During the paper, my jaw ache acted up and even caused a headache.... And the result is...I only attempted the questions on probability....

And the irony now is, I wish that i fail the paper. Coz i dun think i will pass very well even if i did manage a pass, and this could potentially mean a great damage to my GPA. On the other hand, if i were to fail, i can choose to continue to fail my supplimentary paper and retake the module next sem. This way, no damage would be done to my GPA.... But of course i would have to commit extra time and effort next sem for this additional module...

Lets hope that all will be well tmr...

JOKE OF THE YEAR

What a joke! What the hell is happening to me recently?? First, it was this stupid bruxism, which i never even heard of before, next, I just received a notice from the school that my entrepreneurship project actually qualified for the top 5 positions in the cohort and i will get a chance to present my idea to this panel which consist of people from the industry....

Sounds good huh? But apparently not so (at least for me).... Firstly, I already kindda give up on this subject already. Even prepared to get "D" as my final grade. I tried hard for 13weeks, but to no avail.... I tried much harder on the 14th week and i qualified for the top 5.... In fact, I would say 80% of this project was done within that one last week prior to project submission, although that 20% could already make up a proper submission. And, one week's work is able to pull us up from probably the bottom 5 in the cohort up to the top 5?? What's the world coming to?

I know that my project is not flawless, and presenting my proposal to industry players would certainly mean much more work for me to do right after my exams. I'm already stressed up enough already.... More than often, opportunities are good, but there are times whereby it may cause more harm than good....

I'm now in a dilemma.... I know that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. It may never come back again if i let it slip through my hands this time round. But on the other hand, can i take the additional amount of stress & workload if i were to give it a shot.... I am already not managing stress very well already.... If i don't try to destress asap, my condition(bruxism) might worsen...

Yes, i know many would in their logical state of mind tell me that health is more important and etc... But its truly a pity if i were to give up at this last stage.....

Having a choice is good most of the time, but this time round, i really wished that i wasn't even given the opportunity in the first place....

OUCH

For the past two days, I have granted myself some annual leave despite the upcoming exams...

The reason? I was being erm diagnosed with "Bruxism", sounds serious? Its' just clenching/grinding of one's teeth during sleep. So, its more of a sleep disorder rather than a dental problem. But it does lead to dental problems in the long term if not treated.

I had this severe toothache which lasted for weeks and it got worst on friday afternoon....(So, if i appeared to be unhappy/emo/ignoring anyone of you for the past couple of weeks, its due to my condition, don't feel offended ok)

Anyway, my previous dentist had given me a wrong diagnosis. He told me i have got sensitive teeth. But how could a single sensitive tooth create such a massive pain around my whole lower right face for weeks?

So i decided to seek a second opinion. This time round at a more reputable one.... I admit the first one was juz go opposite school anyhow grab due to desperation.... Eh this one was much more professional and logical, with all the X-rays and whatnot....

But, still there isn't any immediate solution for me.... I was prescribed some antibotics and pain killer. However, this is not the ultimate solution to it. Bruxism is more than often caused by highly stressful lifestyle. So, learning how to destress is the ultimate solution to this condition...

Hence, I gave myself a 2 day break from all forms of work. Basically slacking for two whole days during this crucial period... Oh how sinful is that....

I think I'm beginning to see the effects of the two day break alrd.... At least when I'm tying this entry, it doesn't hurts( at least within tolerable levels). Hopefully this can last till at least the end of my exams....

In the meantime, if things dun improve, i might have to take muscle relaxants as a temporary measure until my exams are over. A visit to the psychiatrist/a mouth guard during sleep is the last resort... And it doesn't come cheap, $550! And needs to be replaced every two years..... That works out to be a whopping 50% depreciation per annum....

Ok, so guys, one live example here, don't over stress yourself ok! It's definitely no joke! It hurts.... And its expensive....

And, now, I have totally no idea as to how am i going to catch up with my back dated revision schedule.....

CLEARED

Finally! The last project for the semester is completed. The presentation today marks the end of my most hated module. Didn't go too well, just like all the other teams, but at least we tried our best.

Btw, if u have been reading my blog, yes, i managed to churn out all the advertising & promotions material in one week... Its been truly tiring....

Now, just waiting for results le. Pretty optimistic abt it thou. Coz we kindda literally forced our lecturer to award us that "A". To pit us against each other, he assured us that there will be at least one "A" in the class. So yea, we kindda do up alot on the Advertising & Promotions aspect. He should be quite impressed lah... As for the content portion, every team is all CMI one. So i guess the efforts spent on A&P did help differentiate us from the other teams.

At the end of the presentation, i felt very relieved.... Relieved of a very huge burden which i have been tasked with for the whole of this semester. But after coming home, as i was dragging that folder titled "Ice-Burg working files" on my desktop into another folder titled "Case Closed", alot of things flashed through my head. Practically overwhelmed with emotions.

I know this sounds abit stupid and drama.... But yes, i really think that i will miss the process of choinging this whole project out for the whole of last week.... Never had i felt so strongly for dragging my project working files into the "Case Closed" folder. I usually does it with excitement and feeling very happy... Lol!

I guess this is what others call "putting your heart & soul into whatever you are doing"....

Although i seriously hate this project to the core, but the rational side of me tells me that this project have indeed made me learn alot.... It made me grow up.... It really did... It really pushed me to the limits and gave me that sense of achievement. Just one week ago, it all seemed so impossible to generate a full fledged marketing campaign for our business idea.

Even the most basic "logo" was not even designed. But i was really determined to get it done for the sake of my GPA. Given that i already know that i will be stepping into the exam hall with 3As and 2B+ in the bag, i really wished that i could just get that perfect score of 4.0 for once in the whole of my TP life.

Furthermore, the rest of the teams seemed so unprepared the previous week. It was a golden opportunity for my team....

So, yea, i went ahead, sacrificing sleep, meals, lectures, homework just to get it done. Slowly, but surely, things were progressing.... From the logo, works began and soon, the packaging, product photography, posters, advertisements, roadshow and webpage were all up and running! It was, a full fledged marketing campaign!

And today, I'm proud to say all of the above materialised with the exception of the roadshow...

I won't deny that there was indeed a great sense of achievement to get all these done within a week. But its very tiring to do so.... Its a love-hate feeling i guess....

Wow... Three projects down, one last one to clear.

After every dream comes reality i guess.... On saturday i was in dreamland(enjoying my photo taking session), on monday, reality is back. BACK to my projects literally...

Just when everything seem so off track and gloomy for my entrepreneurship project, why do i have to find that glimmer of hope at the very last minute? I was actually fully prepared to get that "D" for this module alrd, but the trial presentation today made me see hope in the business idea once again.

I'm in a dilemma now.... Should i commit my time for the rest of this week to revive the whole project before that freaking presentation next week or should i just concentrate on my other 5 modules and heck this as usual?

If i managed to revive this whole thing, things could work both ways.... either i score for all my 6 modules or that i revive one module and put my other 5 modules at the risk of not getting an A in the final exams....

Why cher? Why? Why did u make me see the potential in that brand name of mine which u once rejected at this last minute?

No risk, no gain, should i risk it???

If i risk this, i would have to do the following within the week on top of an almost complete report.

1) Design that LOGO

2) Go source for that stupid packaging foam

3) Design and print those packaging materials

4) Advertisment design

5) Product launch roadshow

All these within a week! Let's hope i will not drop dead by then.....

Anyway, yeah, some of you would know that ystd was my birthday. Well, it was a truly memorable birthday, probably one of the most memorable ones in the whole of my life. So here's i spent my birthday....

12am, i went to sleep after recieving a few birthday wishes, first one was from kenneth!(yes, its the same kenneth whom i wished happy birthday earlier)

4:30am: i woke up to rush out my entrepeuneurship report.

6:30am: i'm done with my report, but i haven study for my Statistics test. So yea, i studied Stats...

7:30am: i'm done with stats finally, so i went to do my daily chores(wash up, brush teeth, etc.)

8:30am: i set off for school....

9am: Lesson starts... and its not suppose to end until 6pm....

1pm: i skipped lunch to study stats once more....

4pm: i decided to skip my entrepeuneurship lesson to study for Accounting test

7pm: reached my test venue

7:30pm: Test started

8:30pm: Test ended

9:30pm: I da bao-ed my dinner home and had my dinner....

10pm: Showered, followed by some work

12pm: sent kenneth a birthday msg and head for the bed....

You tell me la, this type of birthday memorable or not? The school have indeed been very thoughtful to arrange for 750students in my cohort to throw a party to celebrate my birthday with me along with 10plus lecturers....

Then together we killed several trees to print my birthday msg on it(somehow, my birthday msg looks like a cashflow statement), then dunno is the people celebrating my birthday with me dun like the birthday msg or what, they started to scribble on it. Some even highlighted it....

Then dunno my school too poor or what, the lecturers started to collect all the papers with my birthday msg printed on it.... Maybe the school nvr supply them rough paper, cannot blame la, economic crisis what to expect??

Woah, i would like to hereby thank the school for arranging this ultra large scaled birthday party for me. I dun think Lee kuan yew's birthday party so big scale oso... Oh how fortunate have i been, i should learn to count my blessings.....

Ok, enuf of the sacarstic crap.... I finally changed my background music alrd! but chinese lyrics on this blog seem a little out of place thou. Anyway, its a very nice song by Wang Lee Hom. I seriously fell in love with chinese music recently...

INCOMPETENCE

This word can seriously mark the down fall of any project teams and/or companies man.... You know, if you jolly well knows that you are not competent enough to complete the task assigned to you, then voice it out way before hand, so that others in the team could help you.

Don't come to me near the project deadline with an email going like this:

Dear XXX,

This is my portion of the work, SORRY, but i really dunno how to do part XXX of the report. I seriously tried my best to do it alrd.

I not trying to say that not completing certain portions of the work allocated is not acceptable, if you have really tried your best, i don't mind to help him/her to salvage those parts he/she dunno how to do. From the quality of whatever amount of work he/she have submitted, i know if he/she have tried his/her best or not. I'm not blind FYI.

Further more, his/her submission came in late by a full day. And the quality is like crap! Please la, this type of quality( pt form, invalid pts not substantiated with any evidence, simply makes no sense at all), i jus need an hour or two at most to crap up the same thing when he/she was given a week to do it....

Official 100th Post

Yea, as implied, the 100th official post. Results are all out for my mid-sem. If you were to convert it into GPA equivalent, for mid-sem alone, it is about 3.7... Not too bad in my opinion, but haha, i know the truth and that is this kind of results are very hard to substain. But i will try my best to do so.

Speaking of which, i have two test coming up. I haven been studying the topics covered thou. Dunno how i will do for these two upcoming test.

Things are really getting very hectic these days. On hand now, i have got accounting test, statistics test, econs project, marketing project, POM project and not to mention entreperneurship project. Almost don't even have breathing space already.

Things are set to get worst come 19th Jan coz my exam timetable is coming out! I think i need to find some quiet chill out spots to go everyday and emo already.

Speaking of which, i realised that recently, more than often, i prefer to be by myself than hangout in large groups. What is happening? Turning into an emo kid? Or trying to slow the pace of my life down?

Haha, sometimes i seriously think that my life is being carried out in an accelerated pace. But well, what can i do? Thats the life in singapore, efficiency is the key. Hopefully recession can help to slow things down not only in the commercial world, but in schools too, which i seriously doubt so.

Come april, a new semester will begin, i will officially be classified under a different diploma, diploma in marketing. Will i regret my choice? Time shall tell i guess. But it definitely will be another process of adapting once again, things like make new friends in a totally new environment, all the ice breaking and whatnot. Actually i find it abit tiring to do this each and

everytime i proceed to a new environment.

Why can't it work like face book? You put up a profile there, anyone new to you will just go take a look at your profile then you will naturally become friends and save all the hassle of asking all those stupid questions.

Anyway, i'm getting abit scared of openhouse already. The school is like infested with KIDS! Running around everywhere, etc..... I just find this scene so annoying. Annoying till the extent that i do not even stay in school for an extra minute nowadays. Hopefully things can revert back to normal soon. And my project room will be opened once again...

Anyway, a recap of 2008 shall mark this significant 99th post since the day my blog was born(that too was a very memorable day).

Actually I too is at a loss as to what to write for this recap of 2008. Nvm, we shall revisit 2008 a step at a time.

2008 have indeed been a very memorable year for me. Many significant events had happened in this year. It's also the year which made me look at alot of things with a different perspective.

2008, marks the first year which i left secondary school, just like how a small ship eventually have to leave that harbour. Life is indeed hard without this harbour which i relied on for the past 10years of my life. No matter what comes my way, i'm left all alone to deal with the crisis. However, there is always both sides to a coin.

No doubt, the sea is rough, the winds are strong, but after every storm, the sun never fails to rise. There are many "first times" which i experienced in this memorable year. From securing my first job to stepping into a tertiary institution to experience what is deemed by many, a slacker's life. From going to school late and expecting a 15mins grace to staying back in school for days and nights to rush out project deadlines. Looking back, i realised how fast 2008 had flew past me. But did i spend this one year of my life productively? Am i happy with what i had achieved in the past year? Can i look back and confidently say that i have no regrets? Am i happy?

Well, 2008 is indeed a productive year for me, both career wise and academic wise(at least in my opinion, but on the other hand, why should i care about what others think). At the very least, i am able to see the meaning of studying, which i have not been able to for the past four years. Overall, it was a hectic year, but it is fufiling in its own sense.

Achievement wise, there are some(both in work & studies), but i guess its still not enough. As for regrets, there are aplenty i must say, especially when it comes to the air rifle club which i painstakingly brought back to life with my vice captain back then. It really pains me to see it in the current state. It takes years to build up an empire, but days to bring it down. A country without a capable leader is as good as on its way to self destruction. Thats all i have to say, as i am no longer in the position to say anything more than my personal opinions, hopefully the next leader is capable enough to lead the CCA to greater heights.

I shall leave it to you guys to decide if i seem to be happy in your eyes.

Having said that, i felt that the greatest gift which life had installed for me in 2008 is friendship. Due to the new school environment, alot of my friends were no longer in the same school as me, not to mention same class/course. I have no choice but to make new friends, frankly speaking, i generally do not like to make new friends in a totally new environment. It just feels weird. But well, i guess i have no choice back then. I have this wonderful project grouping aka friends during the first semester. And i am really glad that i belonged to such a wonderful group, everything was great, the people, the rapport, the company. But things are abit different this sem, i dunno why, but i'm not intending to find out anyway, sometimes, ignorance is bliss.

It was kindda the same for my work place. Due to all kinds of factors as well as the requirements of my job, i tend to meet alot of new people. And alot of them have since became good friends of mine eversince i left the job to get back to my studies. We still meet up for lunch regularly... And i really feel very comfortable with this bunch of people. I don't feel restrainted when i converse with them, i dunno why but yea, thats how it works. Ok la, i think i should give some credit here, they are namely, Cheryl, SockHwa, Jeremy & Jeanie.

All in all, 2008 is a year whereby i feel that i have matured alot in terms of thinking. It also marks a new phrase of my life. A phrase whereby i'm very clear about the direction which i'm heading and what i really want to achieve in life. Its prehaps also a year whereby i get to know people whom i might have as life-long friends, esp that one always during my exams ask me go coffee bean that one, you know who u r la... Well, for those of you who knew about our rivalry back then, you will not believe it if i were to name him... Actually there is one more of these "life-long" friends in my mind, but i shall keep it to myself for now.

Thats all i have to say for the year of 2008... Lets hope for a better 2009!

New skin, new song, new layout! Everything is NEW! Yea, kindda sick n tired of the previous skin n song alrd, so i guess its time for a change. I bet u tht this is the most erm vibrant blogskin i ever had, u noe, my usual blogskin is like black black n black!

I seriously think that this blogskin fits here very well. First sem in TP was like slack all i can kindda thing, nobody gives a damn anyway.... But wow, i guess aft the first sem, everyone in class have alrd woken up. All shocked by their results?? Perhaps.... These two weeks have been truly tense, largely caused by politics in play. Aft one sem, i guess everyone alrd kindda knew each other's capabilities and who are those who can help them to pull their GPAs up, as well as who are those who could possibly pull their grades down too...

Hence its also high time that friends turn against each other in a bid to survive in this increasingly competitive world/class. Teams who have worked well with each other last sem continues to work together in bid to continue their success from last sem. But for teams who have one problem or another with its group members, they try all ways and means to source for a new home(hopefully one which can excel) this sem.

Sometimes i just can't help but laugh at the current situation. Classmates/friends whom you(not me) normally do not have much interaction with suddenly flock to you, not to mention those whom you usually hangout together with.... But its also because of times like these that one realise how true your friends really are to you. I know this is going to sound cliche, but its true. "A friend in need, is a friend indeed".

There are also things like freeriders/outcast trying to seek help getting into the top teams(which they had never worked with before) with all its members having sky-high GPAs in the previous sem. I just have one word of advice for such people: USE YOUR BRAIN, USE YOUR BRAIN, USE YOUR BRAIN!!! why should these people take such a risk when with/without you & your contributions, it makes no diff to their grades. Ok, maybe with you around, you may help to moderate their grades a little downwards, hence helping the other groups.....

But out of all these, i must really salute someone(u know who u r la, but i guess u will not read this) in class for having such great foresight. I concede defeat this time round. I'm force to take a gamble this time round because of YOU! Truly a strategist!

Woah this post sure offend tonnes of ppl one, but that is not my intended intention. My intended intention is just to let those fortunate enuf to come across this entry to think about how true your friends are to you in times when u need them. Hi guys, haha, as promised to jh on the tag board, here's my erm entry?? thou abit late....

Woots! its been a super busy wk for me. Product show is finally over! Daikin charity golf event is oso over! It's a madness wk! but its satisfying i wld say. especially the Daikin event. Well at the very least the Daikin folks are appreciative of what we did for them, unlike some of the customers at the product show, they r basically free loaders.....

But throughout the three days or so, it's really nt easy managing the event. And it oso doesn't help that the big boss is constantly putting pressure on us... But at the very least we managed to see the smile on his face at the end of the Daikin event. He's really a hard to please big boss....

But all is not over, nx wk will be mount faber dinner event followed by a St Regis night event.... haha, but comparing these to product show, what is the two upcoming event??

Lastly, i really miss the LPS folks, and happy b'day to Jolin and Peiting, the oct babies, i can only rmb these two offhand, pardon me if i failed to mention ur name.... Actually today got LPS gathering, but gotta give it a miss cause got smth on... sorry guys! nx time ok! I love LPS

It will soon be back to sch for me. well, loads of ppl ask if i'm looking forward to it, i oso dunno actually, start sch again means start all over again since all the modules r gonna be different and it will again be a GPA war once again... But back to sch oso means i can meet my usual lunch khakis and tok cock .

hihi ppl, eh once again, long time no blog! haha. well well, been busy la! before holidays busy with both projects n exams, aft holidays, decided nt to waste my precious 1.5mths, so i went back to work at Canon, in hope tht i can learn smth new!

n indeed i learnt quite a fair bit for the past 3 wks or so. Been given quite a few opportunities this time round to handle several events including the largest Canon event of every year, Product Show 2008, as well as other smaller scale events. but nevertheless, it is still an eye opening experience.

but it is very tiring to work every day from 830am all the way to 530pm or ltr (ususally later). haha, but i guess it is all worth it la, besides the $$, i have gained some erm out of classroom experience??

well, all along the classroom have been a boring place to learn isn't it? i'm sure many of u guys wld agree with me too...

As for results, i muz admit tht i was a little disappointed, missed my ideal gpa by a bit. although i refused to join in the results speculation game which many couldn't resist, but yea, when i saw the results i knew it definitely wasn't the best i'm capable of. but i guess i should learn how to be contented with what i have n nt look back into the past, i shld learn my mistakes from the past n look forward to the future!

woah its been a super long time since i last blogged! abt a mth i think. anyway nt many of u come here right? if u r wondering what had happened to this joker, he is nt dead yet, juz busy. very busy in fact. exactly how busy u may wonder, well the answer to this qn is, at the busiest moment, i have to juggle 4 major projects simultaneously on top of my daily lectures n tutorials. so yea, do pardon me for nt being able to keep u ppl entertained=) and to those who asked me out n i am constantly telling u tht i'm nt free, very sorry. for those who keep messaging me then kena suanned or i tell u reply u ltr but nvr get back to u, i am oso very sorry....

So why am i here right now u may wonder... haha, exams got three paper, two down alrd mah n of coz all my projects all done liao lor. n the best thing is tmr no paper! wed last paper! well, put it nicely i'm taking a well deserved break, but put it bluntly, yes, i'm slacking!

recently, i noticed tht some of my gd friends out there got quite a fair bit of problems. well, u noe who u all r la, those whom got problem but nvr say one, this is to u ppl oso la.

u ppl see, there is always two faces to every situation, juz like what i said above, "put it nicely i'm taking a well deserved break, but put it bluntly, yes, i'm slacking!" the gist of this statement is, there is a gd side to everything, it juz depends on how u look at it. choose to look at it from the brighter perspective, n u will feel happier too. but if u choose to look at it from tht pessimistic perpective, then u will naturally feel SAD lor.

Sibeh stressed up lor! first it was that "depending on circumstances"(spoken with an ang-moh accent) teacher who freaking said tht video cannot be used as second mode of delivery, WTF, the first teacher say can she say cannot! Go die la! then we bo pian lor, have to do skit.... but thankfully, it ended off very nicely... Thanks guys!

Then it is commskill project.... That idiot arh, think that all my time dedicated to her one isit? one question muz i ask her how many times? n somemore i need to ask her several questions lor.... then gimme outline ai-mai ai-mai... like tht how u want me do powerpoint? i give u blank slide then u know arh! i swear i nvr will be a pyschiatris(dunno spell worngly or not)... it is so damn stressful la! anyway can't be bothered anymore.... she dun try to be funny ok! i will make sure she pays for it lor.... consultation charges apply... actually right now, i oso dunno what to do with all these mess... hopefully i will hav the time(aft econs) to sit down n think thru it... but for the rest of my commskill grp, i really enjoyed working with u guys alot. this one muz really thx u guys! THANK YOU TO OUR TWO PERSONAL ASSISTANTS, aka PA! and to all my teammates(if u r reading it) dun be demoralised k, heck her la, i will make her pay.... she can rot for all i care!

Then aft these two whateva u call it... i call it mess.... i suddenly realised tht i got econs to do! had i nt wasted my time on that idiot mentioned above, i wld hav completed my econs way ahead of time la! in fact i took abt half a day to churn out all the report aft the research r done... so probably like shld be done by mid week by right... anyway now, i'm done with it, still got powerpoint to do... sianzzzzz...... worst part is tmr 9am meet!

But the most interesting part abt all these is tht i never once blew my top! which is quite surprising, anyway, its a gd thing.... blowing my top off doesn't help to solve matters anyway. the best way is still to remain clam n composed i guess...

Hi guys, its been more than two weeks since i last blogged... sorry to everyone who came, hopeful of seeing a new post n left disappointedly. but come to think of it, nth much to blog abt leh...

erm maybe i shall find one to talk abt... lets see... how abt my class? haha, bunch of jokers i muz say. there is the super kiasu grp n the slacker grp... i guess i'm the in between... nt to forgot the pong-tank grp...

come, lets tok abt the kiasu grp. kiasu grp got who leh? got edwin n shiheng. edwin is the emo kid of the lot, while shiheng is the bastard who juz got himself into a situation whereby, erm, everyone shuns him during leisure time, except for his emo buddy, edwin... the CT certainly didn't help improve his relationship with the class... as for edwin, as emo as ever, nobody knows him except shiheng, aft all birds of the same kind flock tgt!

Slacker grp... i guess majority of the class is part of this big family, come on, who doesn't slack right? but its impt to know when to get serious, otherwise, no harm being a slacker...

pong-tank grp! made a name for themselves man! as their name suggest, what is the thing the do most in sch? pong-tank lah! probably these are the ppl who's fate is alrd more or less sealed. what do i mean by that? GPA of 1.0 la, TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY! that's TP for u btw, if u absent urself more than twice for each subject per sem without a proper reason, u get what we call academic penalty! not the exciting penalty kick from the soccer stars ok! but the infamous academic penalty from the sch committee.... well, whats the pt of staying when u gotten urself into an all subject acad penalty situation right? btw, u might be wondering what is the T&C right, the T&C is u muz pass the exam....

all in all, i hereby conclude that the class is falling apart, but the individual grps are getting closer n closer, till the extent that i am a little uncomfortable... ok, here's the story. somewhere in Apr this yr, three individuals who doesn't know each other beforehand and each have a completely diff background set foot on TP. they came into the same orientation grp... one was very smelly aft all that sweating, the other two actually wore the exact same shirt n jeans... furthermore, the three of them were doing totally diff things during the holidays, practically no common topic at all... one was a relieve teacher, the other was a Challenger sales staff, the other one works at Canon as a marketing assistant...somehow dunno why, they started talking to each other... the conversation was, erm random and awkard?? but enjoyable... this pave the way to a threesome friendship... a couple of weeks down the rd, this three ppl became gd friends.... they did all things on campus tgt... jus like some erm triplets who have a jointed body... then until recently, erm someone who looks very much like a wild boar(in my perspective), for dunno what reason sticks to us very closely, worst than a jointed body... and who was that person?? class rep lor.... dunno la, but i find this guy very weird, and he definitely have got raging hormones...

when sch juz started, he sticks ard this girl like they were a couple, then suddenly, overnight,m they seemed to have broken up(when they did not even start)... then he change target, another girl from class... but woah that girl power man! she didn't reject him using the soft approach like the first one did... she did a "slap him in the face"! well, this is how it goes... everytime the girl comes online, he says to her,"seeing u online makes me excited", she says to him"yea", he says "joking la". this process is repeated for i think three or four times... then he tries to sound her gd friend out by bugging her with those u noe la kindda qns.... then finally the girl reject him outright.... details not convenient to say here....

anyway, now the three of us, my two close friends n me, is experiencing this exact erm sticky sticky kindda thing from him. i dunno abt them, but i felt uncomfortable.... uncomfortable till the extend that wherever one of our phones ring n the caller is him, i immediately tell my other two friends nt to ans, yes, he is indeed such a pain( to me)....

anyway, u might be wondering why i can post like this right, well, none of them knows my blog n perhaps thats the advantage of staying far away from sch, the further u stay, the lesser chance of someone in ur class knowing u beforehand.... well, well, enuf gossiping, shall go find some gd songs to upload now!

hi guys, nt sure if anyone comes here thou(i removed my webbie counter), anyway, haiz... been really exhausted these past few days, both physically and mentally... grandma was hospitalized on friday night, so yea, been ferrying between hospital and home. sad to see her in such conditions. it didn't help when certain super distant relative popping up from nowhere, made certain remarks which only made everyone more worried... as in they can just shut up and eat their shit when they don't know anything right? instead of making remarks as if they r the doctor or they studied medicine. basically, in short, ignorant ppl making ignorant remarks.

maybe i shld go dig out my bio text n make all of them read it once.... it doesn't help alot but at least they can stop making such baseless comments which made everyone even more worried, esp my grandma. anyway, dunno if it is a blessing or a mistake.... she's going to be discharge tmr morning(or rather several hrs down the road) since she is nt going for the surgery. but this wld oso mean that she wld have to bear with the pain. sometimes it really pains me to see her n such a state, or rather anyone in such a state. she began with being very hopeful abt the surgery, but ended up changing her mind over the surgery aft all those baseless unresponsible comments by some dunno wat distant relatives. F**K OFF la!

No camera nvm, coz we going to rent. haha. but if u got, then jus bring along lor. as to what to shoot right, i oso dunno yet. probably can include things like buildings, landscape, ppl, ourselves?? and anything la. but i will try to source out nice locations to shoot at! and see, la, if the teachers(mr ting& mrs tan arh) going to come along hor, then perhaps can even shoot cars lor. i do noe of some locations good for shooting cars one. btw, mr ting, u drive wat model arh?

Two projects, one mock test, one quiz, one real test and one upcoming class test, not to forget the mid-sem test. these are the things which i hav to clear before going off for break! damn tired la! jus finished chionging CSA grp project, still got individual one.... then still got OB editing to do, thanks to this stupid team mate of mine who have such a cannot make it eng standard, and to top it up, he is a very autocratic guy, didn't really enjoy working with him, but its good practice for the future. Recently, there have been a spade of unfortunate events making its way around. first, there was the myanmar cyclone which killed tonnes of people, i use the word tonnes coz i cld not be sure how many ppl were actually killed, myanmar saya 43,300, UN and red cross says 100,000++. anyway, then a couple of days later, came the sichuan earthquake with a lesser casualty rate if i'm not wrong. For the myanmar cyclone, i am not really sure of the situation as their military govt had kinda ban the media from doing coverage reports on the event. but juz use brain and think, a cyclone of that scale hitting a moderately populated area, casualty rates must be very high for sure. and whats more, the military govt is actually banning the foreign rescue teams from helping, this will only makes things worst. i really wonder what goes on in the mind of the myanmar govt officials, are their people more important or the things which they are trying to hide more important? to me, "people" is the most important asset in both a country and an organization. i really hope that they wld reconsider their decisions. but even if they do so now, chances of rescuing survivors are very slim now given the lack of help in the initial stages after the damage done by the cyclone.

As for the sichuan earthquake, i must really salute the chinese govt for their "open-ness" in this matter, accepting all sorts of help from other countries for one reason, the good of their country's people. And the president even visited the epic center and what not to understand n facilitate the rescue efforts. after seeing the news coverage on the sichuan earthquake, i only have one word in my mind, and that's "Devastating". the damage to the place and plight of the victims are truly devastating.

somehow, this two incidents made me kinda realise how lucky we are to be able to live in peace, away from disaters, be it man-made or natural. and we could do smth for these less fortunate people. in terms of monetary donations, going down to red cross or other associations to lend a hand, prehaps help to pack the things which are going to be send to the both countries, or if you do not have the means to do both of the above, at the very least, pray for their safety(even thought u probably dunno them) or smth to that extent. i'm sure everyone could do their bit for these victims. no matter how insignificant your contribution is, after all, it still counts....

hi guys, haha, i noe its kinda a dead blog, so here i am to blog! but i dunno wat to blog abt. lol! ok, shall talk abt mother's day bah. went to "Mum's Cuisine" at Paragon ystd to celebrate mother's day. Had quite a spread, including crayfish, sambal kangkong, some dunno wat omelete, fishmaw soup, pork chop n lots more la. i swear that the hainanese pork chop is so damn out of this world man! its soooooo niceeeeee! hainanese r really gd cooks i wld hav to say. then walk ard paragon n made some interesting discovery. like a melon cost $90, watermelon cost $60 n so on. Aha, its been freaking long since i last posted i guess? nevertheless, thanks ppl for not abandoning this humble blog of mine, despite the lack of post? alright, we shall look at how i managed to survived the first two weeks of sch. first week was like erm holiday/honeymoon week, with no tutorials at all? came out of the first week pretty much alive i wld say! Then came the highly anticipated(or is it only me) week 2! week 2 was basically a full week whereby i get to experience the whole timetable? So far so gd! but i think i shld be falling sick soon with all the hot weather n hectic travelling.... been having lots of phlegm n mucus recently, hope it goes off soon or rather i get use to it asap! As for CCA, i hav decided to join TPSU(student union), however, to join TPSU, i would need to get through an interview which i heard is not that easy.... thus, i shall be without a CCA if i fail to get through the interview. Basically, the student union organises events for the school. So i guess i wld get to learn quite a fair bit shld i get into TPSU. i guess alot of u wld ask me y not a CCA which is similar to Air Rifle. well, TP doesn't have AR and i dun plan to help the sch set up one, as for the next most relevant CCA, Archery, i deceided to get a change from sports after 4 years with the BB Air Rifle team.

These 4 years have indeed proven itself to be tough but fruitful. i have seen many changes in AR for these couple of years, especially the recent two years. i have also seen changes in the ppl in AR over the four years, n i am continuing to do so now. Friends turn to foes, moments of joy as well as anguish, power strugle have to be kept down at all cost, performance problems have to be dealt with in a tactful manner, management and organisation problems have to be ironed out one by one, even future problems have to be foreseen and countermeasured. i have indeed learnt alot by assuming the post of AR captain over the past two years. however, the path wasn't as smooth sailing as many hav thought. from proving my worth to gaining respect is not a thing which is accomplished in a day or two. sad to say, i didn't handle it too well and hence friends to foes. but, fortunately, everthing is fine now. Friends turn foes n power strugle are the things which i really do not wish to see in my juniors. but to be frank, i dunno if there r any right now. i suppose not. management and organisation framework are alrd in place, it all depends if the new committee wants to adopt or abolish it. performance probs is what i'm really worried abt. with the change of coach, and without the seniors nagging at them, r they being more n more complacent? in fact, those previously thought to be the under performers in my list r now rising up rapidly. this is smth which i hate to see. well, i do feel happy for those rising up rapidly, but on the other hand, if not handled tactfully, might very well lead to the friends to foes prob. it was jus like wat happened to me back then, jus that mine is much more spectacular, reserve standard to captain standard in 2weeks? n it is truly very tiring shld such a situation happens to them. well, y is life so complicated? y can't we all have the lives which we want? i wonder y.....

ok, back to sch life i guess. its been three weeks since all of us(my class) first met each other. n i guess, the various cliques are all forming up, of course, thats the nice way of phrasing it, others wise it wld be "the class is spliting up". this is smth which i don't particularly enjoy. i very much prefers big grps, jus like how the LPS family works! u noe, the kind of everyone can interact with each other effortlessly kindda feeling. i guess thats how things works nowadays..... its truly a pity.

so, erm since friday is like a public holiday, we had makeup lessons all ard! it truly isn't fun n i wish there was no holiday instead. but well since i can't hav it my way, i shld of course fully utilize the wed night since there is no sch on thurs! went to "The Cathay" to catch "what happens in VEGAS". it was sponsored by M1. and i believe its the first screening here, even earlier than the sneak previews. It was i tell u, AWESOME! very gd flim! u ppl shld go watch. but it is not as gd as leap years la.

i guess that somewhat helped to account for how i survive the past two weeks. n i am still pondering over the question, why is it that most of us couldn't have the life we wanted despite working so hard for it. isn't life alrd hard enuf?

hey ppl, i'm back to blogging! orientation have officially ended n i'm dead beat now! everywhere is so crowded n stuffy n not to forget the sun up there! it was basically oven-liked! but have to say that orientation is fun, but again u noe, its damn tiring! n, business school had came in first again for the fourth year running! business sch rocks man! now, now, shall tok abt my class. i suppose they r a bunch of very playful ppl, to the extent of prehaps bo-chap? i really dunno, second day of orientation, by mid day, almost half of them made illegal escapes from orientation? what is the world coming to man!

n, i really miss my grp of lps friends la! esp those from the study grp, namely jw, jh, jo, shawn, cheryl, fiza, charmaine, herman n many more of u guys, u noe who u r la! can we resume the study grp soon? but i guess its gonna be hard to, what i noe is jo gets home at like 9? jh says its the norm? ken ends his day at 6? n the others i dunno abt them.... prehaps we can try to work something out bah....

A chapter of my life have jus ended, n a new chapter awaits me from tommorow, 17th april.

lets talk abt the chapter which jus ended. for the past five mths or so, much uncertainty awaits me initially. but now, i'm glad to declear that i have overcome these uncertainties. i hav gonna say that i definitely enjoyed this past five months of my life very much. n i have learnt alot too. be it my accounts job or my job with Canon Singapore as a marketing assistant. Being with Canon is definitely a memory n experience which i wld never forget. i got to learn alot of things which i hav never ever done before. its that kind of "the text books dun teach u" experience. i actually learn the structure of a copier(not that i'm a technician or wat, but well, i need abit of product knowledge when doing events), wat a photocopy can do besides copying n how ppl market their products as well as market research(includes tele-marketing) kindda thing. n, i got to meet loads of ppl, not only from canon, but from loads of other companies too. here are some pics:

ok, this post is for cheryl! erm here's the comparison between Canon n Casio:

Casio is able to produce sleeker cameras cos they use mainly spherical lens and i think one aspherical lens, in all they use up to 6 lens in your camera. This configuration allows them to make sleeker cameras cos spherical lens allows them to position it such that it is "flatter" overall. Canon's camera bodies are generally larger in size when compared to many of its compettitors cos they use all aspherical lens. aspherical lens do not allow them to place the lens in such a way that it could ever be "flatter" than a mix of spherical lens only or a mix of both aspherical n spherical lens. However, using aspherical lens solely produces better images generally as compared to the other two situations. You will get more realistic colours as well as more vibrant and sharp pictures.

i dunno which Casio model u looking at, so yea. but i guess you shld be looking at either S10 or S880. S880 is a 8megapixel, S10 is a 10mp. Casio's image stabilisation technology uses higher sensitivity n shutter speed. higher shutterspeed makes your pic dimmer, higher sensitivity makes your pic generally brighter, so they compensate each other. but it is mostly the higher sensitivity which does the job of image stabilisation. however, higher sensitivity means your pics wld appear "grainy". then its all up to the processor to process the image alrd to make it look not grainy, but in the process, omitting details. this is not visible when u see the pic as it is, but if you ever intend to zoom in, everything will just show up. as for sensitivity issues, S880 only have up to iso800. while S10 have up to iso1600. higher iso is equals to higher noise, however, in cases which you need to take pics n cannot use flash, it is always good to have that extra sensitivity on hand. note that, if your surroundings do not require such high iso, it is possible to set it to a lower iso to gain back on image quality. as for focal length n things like that, Casio ain't that great at macro shots as they have a further focal dist than many other of their compettitor. u need to be 40cm away from the object in normal mode, n 15 cm away for macro mode in order to auto focus. And if you are thinking of taking videos, casio records it in mov format, a format not recognised by all programmes by microsoft, you can only use apple's quicktime player. Thus this makes editing a chore as you have to do format conversions of your files if you ever wanna edit. And these softwares are not cheap.

As for the Canon Ixus80IS, it is a 8mp. Canon's image stabilisation technology is to shift the lens according to how you shake your camera. so basically, images turn out as if they r mounted on a tripod n there is no movement of the camera at all. they do not use things like higher sensitivity or whatnot. however, this particular camera commands up to iso1600. same as the Casio S10. as for focal length, you need to be at least 3cm away in macro mode, n 30cm away in normal mode. if you r to compare casio n canon in normal mode, note much diff. but if it is on macro mode, 3cm n 15cm makes a big diff! For canon, they record videos in avi(mpeg) format, which windows can recognize. So this makes editing easier as you don't have to worry about format and conversions.

In all, if you love taking macro shots, have a steady pair of hands and don't mind that extra bulk, go for canon, if just going for normal distance shots, value form over substance(yes, canon's slogan is "where form meets substance", but sad to say they don't have the "form" factor)and you have a very steady pair of hands at work go for casio. And, not to forgot, if you have a good file conversion programme or you use a mac book.

And, do not worry about the pixel count as 8mp is already enough to blow your pics up to poster size, so I guess pixel count isn't an important factor anymore..Hopes this helps!

haha, been missing for a few days, mainly due to work, yea. ahah, Canon celebrate 70years anniversary i celebrate 70th post anniversary! ok i random! eh, start work liao, ok la see alot of ppl missing from Canon, especially those i closer to ones, but nvm, still got alot of very good colleagues there! n got one new colleague, jeremy! seem a nice guy! haha, and jus found out that this time i will leave Canon with an event on my last day once again! jus like the previous time! btw, i working until 16th apr. n for those who noes my previous DID pls dun call, i changed my DID already! but haha, not telling u guys whats the new one, anyway i will not be at my desk most of the time oso, so yea.

first two days hav been interesting, learn how to do some research work on the situation n went to Dentsu Asia(advertising firm) to see commercial! then see one bunch of poly students come in to seek sponsorship, but i dun think will be granted...haha, not supposed to name the sch, so yea, dun ask!

n yes, happy belated april fool's day to everyone! hehe, at first i didn't realise that it was april fool's day, n yea, my colleague actually tried to fool me by telling me that she saw a lizard on my desk. then my reply was "OK, i'm not afraid of lizards" and i continued toking to my other colleague, n she was like totally lost! haha, then she said do u know that its april fool's today and can u like "pei he" abit? my reply was on is it so, i seriously forgot, and can you plz come up with a better joke next time? how many ppl r really that afraid of lizards? you shld hav said a big hairy spider of smth similar! but, i really forgot, or else i think i wld hav "pei he" abit, just her luck i guess! lol!

and i was offered a program called "plugging into china connection" by tp, n it involves chinese! it is basically a course for u to learn the financial n legal terms as well as some marketing & translation skills for individuals to break into the china market with ease in the future, n it is offered only to ppl with double distinctions in their both languages, however, i am not too sure if i shld take it up.... yes, no doubt, it sound good n even prestigous to be able to take up the course, but it involves chinese to a great extend, not jus your normal conversational chinese, but financial n legal chinese terminology, i am nt sure if i'm up to it. n its like all y other course of study is in english, n if i take this up, i wld hav to dig up all my chinese skills again jus for like this course with a mere 9credit units... on the other hand, yes, small may be 9credit units, but what of i dun do well? on avg, one sem is 25CU, and this will be conducted over three sem, n thus 3CU per sem. lets say if i get avg grade c for one sem, it wld mean that my gpa automatically falls to 3.9, and this is provided that i get A for all other subject! my aim is to maintain the standard at 3.75minimum, which means that if the above situation comes true, i only got another 0.15 of gpa to spare, or in other words, approx can get another 5 grade Cs. advise anyone?

ok, this post is to entertain jh abit(hopefully) after realising that he comes here everyday... as some of u wld have known, i am going back to work on tues till my sch reopens, n who is my employer this time round? haha, i am actually back at canon after my boss offer me a job there. n i might be continuing work at canon even when my sch starts as my boss had offered me flexible working scheme, but if i do work, i will most probably not get a cca for i might mot be able to cope if i do so. and if i were to weight the benifits between working at a MNC of such scale as compared to joining a cca, i think i wld be able to learn much more at canon. but well, it now all depends on my timetable to see if i would hav the spare time.

and btw, had a really great time with the lps friends at vivo ystd. and like what wendy had mentioned in her blog, lps friends are really true friends. although we may not meet up that often as we do with our current bunch of friends from other sources, but when we do meet up, i cld really feel that sense of warmth among us like wat wendy had said. this is a feeling which i don't ususally experience when it comes to other groups of friends out there. i really appreciate the friendship among us n hopefully this wld last for as long as we all live! i had noticed that turnup rate at recent gatherings hav been decreasing. but i hope this wld not make the lps family drift apart as times goes by... i noe it is hard to coordinate a timing whereby every single one cld turn up as everyone of us now, takes a diff path n we do hav our personal lifes. i do look forward to the nx lps gathering soon...

ok, here's what i hav been up to for this past week. eh, practically slept at the wee hours of the day for no apparant reason whatsoeva, n waking up at times which nobody shld hav ever, abt 10am or so.... then head for the door n hit the roads to where eva the MRT brings me! n yea, walk ard, shop ard, eat ard, slept ard.... haha, dun think dirty ok, slept ard as in doze off during MRT trips n bus trips! i guess thats all ba. very sinful life indeed, doing nth much n spending $$ everyday! but i guess $$ is never enuf ba! been wanting to buy Canon Eos 400D but no $$ to do so. wanted to oso get an mp3, preferbly a sony(dun trust our beloved local company anymore).... ipod out of reach n no radio! actually got la, but need to spend another $100 or so lor! and, btw, i wanna get a bag! a crumpler sling bag preferbly. but dunno which one to get, ideas anyone? n $$ is very impt, right cheryl(lee)? it bonds ppl tgt, that what we hav concluded! lol...

hi guys, haha, been MIA for quite some time i guess. lol. eh, finally got enuf eh what do i call it? events? to make up a blog entry! anyway, yea, been doing the usual stuff lor, like accounts?? ok, that's like the boring part. lets talk abt something more exciting! I WENT TO WRAP MY PHONE! those types whereby u see outside then can u noe decorate the phone with designs de some even can add things like crystals n so on de. yea. but of course mine no crystals la. jus the design. but have to admit it is abit expensive la at $35. but nevertheless i still did it! cos prior to this, i discovered a tiny bit of paint got scrape off my phone's casing n it is like suppose to be that pureless white gloss finish, but scrape le become unsightly, uneven , unpleasing white plastic. so yea, very heart broken! n it cost $170 to replace the casing lor! sorry no pasam malam pirated casing for this cos it is touch screen, changing the casing is equals to changing the whole screen. at this moment i dun think our pasam malam so high tech until can change touch screen ba, even if they offer to do so, i might not trust them! lol! but ok nonetheless aft so much crap, my phone is once again "chio"! "chioier" than ever! lol! ok enuf abt phones le...

then went down to padang that day to see the porsches on display n took some photos. i cannot believe that i actually followed the porsche people all the way from tanglin to orchard n finally padang. n i seriously swear that porsche is so damn nice la, i wanna get it nx time! dreaming again...lol! then got one interesting encounter, when i wanna leave that place, got one porsche oso coming out onto the main road, then came along one heavily modified honda civic from the main road who kinda wanna challenge the porsche. so off they went n the factory fitted porsche(without modifications) actually growled softer than the honda civic?? n the honda was like faster than the porsche?? i was thinking how the hell can it be man? modified honda civic wins porsche in speed n the loudness of exhaust/engine?? ong, what's the world coming to?? but i'm sure the honda wld surely get into trouble with the traffic police one fine day.....

now, eh been doing enrolment stuff lor like health check ups n so on, i swear its so much of a hassel!

n nowadays for dunno wat reason, i seem to be heading alot towards vivo alot! u noe i like head for vivo on avg three times a week or so? n most of the time either shop ard or end up drinking kopi at pacific coffee.... n i swear that pacific coffee's al' fresco area is a nice place to think abt things... really like that place alot. probably will do up my place in that style in the future, provided that i even got such a nice n big house! lol... dreaming again... muz work hard la kh! n not to forget, pacific coffee also very nice n aromatic la, but if u guys ever got the chance do go to jewel box to have the coffee($12). very super nice! can compare to blue mountain coffee! i noe its a tad too expansive, but trust me, it really is very super duper nice!

btw, i'm hooked on to wahjong! come find me n play if got time=)

hi guys, hav not been blogging for quite some time le. nth much to blog abt oso. haha. every one is so busy with his/her life, hardly can find someone to come out, hav a chat or catch a movie. those who went to jc r busy studying n adapting to their new lives, and those whom r going to poly r busy with enrolment and stuff like that. here's to the lpsians, can we hav a gathering before sch starts? i guess everyone will be quite busy once sch starts so yea, i wld really appreciate it if there is a gathering. as for study grp, we shall wait till our respective timetables r out first bah.

and well, now shall talk abt IT show 2008. as usual, crowed like mad. great offers almost everywhere. this yr's IT show's emphasis is on ultra protable lappy n cameras i guess. the offers r quite gd i wld say. well, nikon didn't disappoint their fans with the launch of the D60 definitely, but Canon really disappointed its fans when the EOS 450D failed to launch at the IT show. as for the other brands, i dunno much abt them. as for the laptops this time round, very gd deals almost everywhere, from sony to panasonic to fujitsu and even nec. cheap launch prices, useful freebies, massive discounts. simply wonderful. the only thing which is not that wonderful is that i have got no $$$ to buy them. if i hav the $$$, i guess i might have gotten myself at least three laptops. lol. i noe it sounds super unrealistic or even stupid, but they r really very "chio" machines to lug around everywhere. they r the panasonic CF-Y7, sony TZ37, fujitsu P8010 n prehaps the asus Ee PC, although a very powerless ultra portable, but definitely possess the 'cool' factor. but, well, u muz be thinking wat fun is there if u dun make any purchases at IT show, esp when there r like such great discounts right, ok, i did brought some stuff, n they r the essentials, not splurging ok! it is the gd old ink cartridges. lol. very gd discounts too. epson 20% off with no freebies, canon ard 10% off the retail price, but hav freebies in the form of ntuc vouchers. so overall, the effective discount which canon hav was like a whopping 30%. and i spend a few hundred dollars on them. lol. of course, with discounts like this, there will always be something which i dun really noe singaporeans hate or love, that's the queue! long long queue, can compare to the queue at suntec taxi stand. but luckily got some ex colleague to help help abit, so was off with my purchase in like 5mins? btw way, talking abt taxi stands, i wonder if singaporeans use their brains at all. suntec taxi stand queue so long n they still obediently wait for a cab there? when there is like another taxi stand at marina sq jus across the rd, less then 100m away, with no ppl in the queue at all n a ever ready supply of cabs waiting for them to board? well, sad to see this situation happening here, but it benifits me in a way. lol.

anyway moral of the story is that money is very important, n i guess i hav to agree with certain ppl that retail therapy does works. jus that we buy diff things thats all. but the feeling of spending is gd. it definitely brings much joy to me! lol! omg sound so much like a spendthrif now! i wonder what will happen if i hav a credit card mext time... so, i guess i only hav two solutions, one is to crub my spending, the other is to earn as much as possible to finance my spending. lol. i guess the second is easier...

ok, i really hav to dedicate this section to SONY Singapore Pte Ltd man! they rock! they rocked totally at IT SHOW 2008! of all the big names there, they marketed their products really well! booked the whole of level2 and showcased all their range of products there! from the Vaios to the Bravias to the HandyCams, Walkmans, Cybershots,MicroVaults,Blurays,PSPs,Playstations, they really done their marketing very well. and fully utilised the 2nd level. i can confidently say that they hav stolen the limelight of the whole show no matter wat kind of discounts the other industry players r giving inside the main halls. and for product showcase, they showcased their products in the most graceful n elegant manner ever within the whole show by doing a mini catwalk with featuring the products alongside a gd DJ n models. other industry players whom r big on budget too r panasonic n Canon. panasonic hav a roadshow at the entrance from citylink mall, but doesn't fully capture the full attention of everyone, esp those driving to suntec. they r sure gonna miss it. as for Canon, impressive to book the whole level one follyer, but stupid to make it as a redemption counter. they shld hav made full use of it n turn it into their main exhibition area, to showcase all their products, esp the new products! i was actually looking forward to the items put up by Canon when the whole level one advertising space was like conquerd by them, but what i can say is, they did not fully utilise the space which they leased and they still hav loads to learn from the folks at SONY.

ok, shall talk abt something happier? but come to think of it, nth much happy in my life recently. feeling so empty inside out. but got a pleasant surprise today. I recieved a call for UOB today. at first i thought it was some kind of promote credit card or survey kinda thing. but nonetheless, i still listened on. and that person introduced herself. then she said something abt job application which i submitted some time ago( or rather a very long time ago). and i realised, yes, i did apply for a job with UOB, but that was like 1+mth ago. really didn't expect them to get back to me aft like 1+mth? anyway i wld say that it was a very pleasant surprise for me to be shortlisted for an interview with UOB. always wanted to seek out the actual corperate culture of a bank(preferbly a large scale one) since there is a very high chance that i might be working in one in future. and, yes UOB came along. although i dun think i will be involved in the actual banking n finance depts, prehaps just the admin dept, nevertheless its still a good chance for me to observe how does a bank actually works. yea. n of course, UOB wld reflect very well in my resume nx time. hopefully they wld give me a testimonial aft my service with UOB.

back to blogging again. went to IKEA today to walk walk, didn't intent to buy anything thou but it ended up as a $100++ walk. hehe. saw this very nice and comfortable white coloured chair which costed $100++ n yea, decided that unless the new comes, the old will never go. and yea, so i brought it. anyway i changed my specs! it is oso a very nice specs from Levi's but it comes at a very nice price too. spent close to $300 on it. it really is very nice, sliver in colour, brown/red at the sides and it comes in a very nice( n gd quality) Levi's jeans material box. aiya, now muz cut down on spending alrd, been spending too much these days. abt $450 in two days?? thats like much faster than i can earn. although can really earn that much if i really bend on earning it, but it wld mean working like crazy(no sleep, non stop that kind)! anyway changed my song alrd. on ur speakers to enjoy the song.

hey hey guys, haf not been updating for almost a wk le. haha. so wat haf i been doing all these while? wat else man but work lor. been doing lotsa accounts for ppl. some normal one still ok, some get into trouble with the authorities over things like gst, so much more harder work to do lor. but well treat it as learning experience ba. for those who going to start ur own biz next time, pls do not go n anyhow register for gst if ur turnover not more than one million ok. u r jus giving urself trouble(n the person who is gonna do accounts for u). and yea becoz of these type of stuff, been sleeping at super late timings(1-3am) for the past wk n wake up at early times, i wld not say super early, abt 7-8 am ba.

ok enuf of work stuff. jus went to JEWELBOX at mount faber jus now for dinner. i went to this restuarant called ALTIVO BAR. the ambience is very nice, to a very much extent romantic. but i went there with my family, yea, so dun let ur thoughts run wild(anyway not attached in anyway=)). but for those of u who r attached n wanna give ur other half a wonderful experience, this is the place to go. but be prepared to burn hole in ur pocket. each person will roughly spend $100 easily. so for the guys, wanna impress girls hor, go there la. for the girls hor, wanna have such kind of experience, go pursuade(pester,bug)ur other half to treat u lor=) aiya, poor guys... haha. $200 FLY AWAY!!! anyway some info on jewel box for u ppl in case u really wanna go there. eh best way to go up there is cable car, very nice view at night btw, not that i took cable car up tonight, but when doing event for CANON in dec got the chance to do so. cable car both way rides r at $15.90 if i not wrong. n pls go make reservation if u wanna go, reserve the western deck, by the edge table, otherwise it is not worth that kind of money. coz u can overlook the whole mount faber n harbourfront towers n certain parts of the sea n vivo city from those seats. food wise, they serve mainly western fine dinning. so go read up on table manners if u haven done so. dress code smart casual. got this thing called snow show if i not wrong. its jus soap foam btw. but not sure of everynight got. eh why do i sound like i advertising for them eh? no la, they never pay me any adveertising fee, purely impressed by it thats all. (wif regards to ambience n view n experience, food is nice but on the avg). ok so yea this is my updated as promised on my tagboard to cheryl!

Posting results r out today, what have i gotta say? Well,its definitely a new chapter in life, and a hard one infact. For those who still doesn't know(some alrd noe cos they either called or sms me), i got into TP's Dip in biz/logistic& ops mgt/marketing course. its kinda a three in one dip, u only choose ur speciallisation aft yr one. under biz option, there is a banking n finance option within. so yea, its kinda a backdoor to banking n finance bah, but definitely a much harder route to banking n finance than to get in from JAE. May be considering switching to dip in accounting and finance aft yr one if the sch allows. but that means that i will hav to really work super hard for it. but nonetheless, still happy to be able to get into this backdoor towards the banking n finance industry.

Here's to the LPS family(especially the LP study grp), thou we may be like damn far away,but i will still try my best to come for study grp n catch up wif u guys. Can we try to arrange study grp during weekends too?

Wow, had a movie marathon today with my family from 1025 to 620!. its been a long time since i last had such family gathering. its either abt work, sch or being with friends. its really enjoyable. i guess we shld hav more of these type of family gatherings... these r the movies i watched:

A very touching story indeed. ideal for parents who wants their children to respect and obey them thou. but nonetheless, its still a gd movie worthy watching. shall not say too much, go watch it urself=)

This is a okay movie, but not a die die muzwatch type. nth special abt the story, just telling u why the movie is not called 28 dresses instead.

Typical singapore made movie,touching on daily subjects which ppl take for granted, feature both sides of the story, i.e how both loansharks n commoners n police thinks. not too bad for widening ur perspectives on daily happenings, especially if u r a self confessed narrow minded person...

Thinking of changing my bg music for this blog. but dunno what to choose. suggestions anyone? somehow it seems that lots of ppl have been telling me that they haven seen me for quite sometime recently. and come to think of it, quite true. its been quite a long time since i meet u guys alrd. been quite busy these days over work n other matters. hope to meet up with u guys soon, prehaps after cny? do feel free to come and arrange something, anything will do, cos i suck at organising gatherings yea. i read alot of your blogs,n so am not totally ignorant of whats happening to alot of you ppl. some broke up, some fret over poly/jc entry, some fret over results and most rejoice over their results and jc life. for those of you who r rejoicing over your results and/or jc life, congrats. for those who r being bothered by one thing or another or even all of the above, remember this, life is not exactly long nor is it short. for your info, life expectancy is somewhere ard 82 years of age. not a very long time considering you working or studying 8hrs a day, sleeping 8 hrs a day too and prehaps 1-2 hrs of whatever kind of enterainment a day, e.g TV, movie, youtube and whatnot. and not forgeting ur meals which may be somewhat 1-2hr? so what have u left in the end? jus a mere 4 hrs or less of time to spend with ur friends, family and doing ur personal stuff. its really not much time. if u still try to use this mere 4 hrs or so to fret over all kinds of matters, be it big or small, will u still be able to spend quality time with ur friends n family? u think abt it, but personally i dun think i wld have that type of time to spare if i begin fretting over all kinds of matter, big or small. and if u spend ur lifetime fretting over such matters, wld u regret it in future for not using that precious moments in life on ur love ones, be it friends, family or ur other half? so ppl, whatever have happen had happened. no point thinking or fretting abt it anymore. if u r a 6 pointer, u go the 6 pointer path, if u r a 10pointer, go for ur 10 pointer path, if u r a 20 pointer, go for ur 20points route. remember, that sheet of paper u get in the end is only ur entry pass to the society, and not ur life! if engineers can become bankers, bankers can become hawkers and so on, why can't u realise ur dreams in life? itsn jus that u may hav to take a longer route thats all. for those of u who broke up with ur other half, what i can say is dun think abt it anymore, get on wif life. hao lai hao san u noe? no point clinging on to a relationship whereby both parties get hurt in the end. all the best ppl!

Hi ppl, i hav officially resigned from CSPL(Canon Singapore Pte Ltd)& CAMG(S)(Canon Asia Marketing Group, Singapore)after finishing my last event with Canon on 1st feb to take a break as well as to try and collect prehaps one more testimonial before starting school again. Working at Canon is really fun i wld say and i learn alot during my two and a half mth stay at Canon. learn abit of market research, abit of sales campaign, abit of events management, although it was jus abit of everything, but the overall experience is nt too bad i wld say. Alot of very nice colleagues(which r now friends)too. But i wld say that events management is still the most fun bah, but u need to hav an eye for details or else ur boss will come aft u for sure! but when u finally see the event to turn out well, u get the sense of achievement=). but event management often means u wld hav to do all the shit job by urself too, u noe all the small small things... but in events management, small small thing oso becomes a big deal! without these small things, the event wld not be able to run properly. one example is a toggler, small item which cost maybe 2-3 dollars, but without it on friday, my head will roll man! ok enuf abt that, shall enjoy my CNY celebrations soon! all the visits n angpows!

Hi ppl, as usual, missing from my blog for quite long le... i bet u guys muz be wanting to know whats my results bah... erm, sad to say not that good. for R5, it was quite bad, but for R4 was much better at 13. nevertheless, i still qualify for both jc n poly. but most probably going to poly bah. i seriously wanted to get into banking n finance at either NP or SP, however, i was short of the COP of last yr by a very slight margin thx to the totally unexpected ss/geog grade which i got. hopefully the demand for this course would be lower than last yr n the intake higher bah, but it is unlikely. Not considering NYP coz too far, n not a very gd sch to get into for biz. so i might even be considering TP, which means staying at my uncle's hse. but there is something which i hav to say, when i was considering TP, the LPS family came into my trend of thoughts... being so far away from u guys, i wld definitely miss u guys alot! wld we be able to meetup as often as in the past, especially with the usual LP study grp ppl? i wld be so damn not used to it man! in short, i hate ss/geog(or shld it be myself?), if not for ss/geog(or myself?), i wld hav gotten into NP for sure!

hi ppl! long time no blog ler! haha... went back to CCA showcase on fri to see my juniors n teachers! nothing special abt CCA showcase, in fact quite disappointing =( to see wat's going on for that few hrs or so. but i guess, they jus need more time to learn the ropes bah, hopefully i wld not see this kind of things happen again next yr, to those involved n r reading this, remember, u dun hav the luxury of time to learn the ropes! u need to be fast. u can wait, but can the CCA and its memebers or even future members wait for u to learn the ropes slowly? u think abt it urself... anyway, saw some of the ex students and had many brief chats wif them, most of them r doing quite well n enjoying themselves, be it working or schooling. but there r always some whom either r not so lucky or just do not know how to be contented wif life. either way, forget abt the unhappiness n get on wif life, in life we give n take, if u r the one giving now, it will soon be ur turn to take back what u hav given n vice versa. ok enuf abt CCA and whatnot. shall tok abt LPS chalet now! heard that not too many turn up for the first night n even lesser for the second. but overall, it was still a happy affair n a sweet memory. u guys really rocks man! anyway, for those who didn't turn up for the second night, u guys missed out on the sushi! its very nice man! but unlucky shawn didn't get to taste it! but not my fault ok! i only in charge of buying, not reserving, so yea. nx time prehaps bah! anyway, left wif jh aft that n had a nice chat wif him. but at the end of the day, was quite disappointed that only the mere few usual ppl were at the chalet... i was expecting more...

Hi ppl, hmm, fancy me blogging on a weekday... anyway yea got the spare time u see! hmm,arranged to meet up with lots of ppl for lunch recently, wonder if at the end will become broke or not, but i guess, not to worry too much, CNY is coming! Dreaming of all the ANGPOWS now! haha. but come to think of it, results r coming too, but i choose not to think about it. haha. things will turn out fine! recently very super tempted to take up professional photograpy as a hobby, but not too sure if i should go into it or not coz it involves quite abit of money n i dun want to lose interest in it aft a few mths n waste the money. coz if wanna take up professional photography need to of course buy a camera, not those compact kiddy cameras but the DSLR types. it will cost anything from $1000 to more than $12000 depending on the lens u get n the camera u get. but of course not commiting $12000, too ridiculous alrd. prehaps shld get a entry level one with a basic lens. eyeing the Canon 400D Kit I now, even a secondhand one wld do, but i wld say its still an expensive hobby, considering my income level n savings, n mind you, the job i am holding is not a permanent one! N, NO, i am not getting money from my parents! they hav given me wat they shld n there is absolutely no reason for them to fund this expensive hobby of mine. but whatever it is, shall work and earn money first before trying to buy anything... so yea, may not get my 400D kit I anytime soon.=(

Welcome 2008! And goodbye to 2007. Hopefully 2008 wld not be as erm, bad??
as 2007.... Had a night of fun on New year's eve with the LPfamily
@vivocity after i completed my work at mount faber. The mount faber event
was very grand i wld say, with several hundreds of merz cabs ferrying the
guest to n fro. and, yes the cable car service was closed for this
particular event all the way from 3pm to 1230am. anyway, rushed off to meet
up with the LPfamily at abt 11? sad to say only 7 ppl turn up, hopefully
the next gathering wld hav a much better turn up rate! anyway did managed
to catch a glimse of the fireworks at sentosa n vivo itself, although
didn't catch the one at mount faber, could only hear it! haha. heard from
my colleagues that the mount faber one is nt bad. haha. yea. ok, so here's
my summary of 2007, a very bad year indeed. 2007 was a very blur year to
me, dun seem to remember much of the things which happened.... first day of
new year was with the LPfamily as usual! then i remembered that i continued
to fail Amaths like nobody's bussiness despite all the hard work which i

i organised for them. n yes, i began to treasure them, quite alot infact,
jus that never show it to them, muz put on a serious front! haha.
encountered alot of probs with the CCA itself oso due to PRIME and some
internal conflicts. yea. but fortunately, they r all resolved in the nick
of time. Now that u guys r on ur own, do prove ur worth n do a good job out
of it! Let me see, what else happened.... oh n this was i wld say a
conflict year for me n my mum! endless conflicts! but fortunately they hav
all come to an end, or at least i personally think so. n somewhere prior to
prelims, i lost someone close to me.... then there was this particular
matter which constantly bothered me and which i was particularly concerned
about throughtout most of the year i wld say, but i prefer not to talk abt
it anymore.... anyway i do not hav to worry abt it anymore, but can i
really let it go? i'm not too sure myself too...

yo ppl, its been a fairly long time since i last blogged i guess.... anyway it seems like only a few closer friends dropby anyway. hmm... quite alot of things happened recently. been busy with work n so on. yea. involved in company's countdown event on new year's eve. but should be able to go off before the countdown once everything is more or less settled. recently, i thought abt it, n realised that i'm kindda drifting apart from my closer friends, mostly the LPS Study Grp ppl, namely jo-lin, jw, jh, shawn, cheryl. each of us hav our own work commitments i guess,yea. but hopefully when sch starts nx yr, we can come tgt for study grp again bah. And it seems that the lps ppl r prehaps really drifting apart. i noe that cheryl had been very actively trying to organise events n so on to maintain that bond between the lps family, but it seems that everyone is jus too busy to come tgt, be it due to work or dating or whatnot. ppl, pls appreciate cheryl's effort in organising these events and so on. yea, its definitely not easy to organise such events to cater to ard 20 plus ppl when she is not a professional events organiser. n she does hav to sacrifice much of her time u noe, waking up bright n early to make the trip to the market to prepare the food needed. so pls do not disappoint her anymore with ur "NO SHOW" ok. but i really hope that we can continue this bond between us for the many years to come. continue to enjoy each other's company even when we r in different institutions. no matter who goes to poly or jc next year, i personally will still treasure this friendship of ours. n hopefully the LPS Study Grp wld still go on despite the different cirriculum which we wld go through nx yr. all the best ppl!

hi ppl, back here blogging again.... nth much to tok abt actually. hmm... saw Canon's corporate calender ystd, it was vey nice. flown in from japan. then my colleagues n me were like trying to be funny, we started to compare ourselves to the calender n said that the calender leads a better life than us, by being able to fly from Japan to Singapore. haha. stupid i noe, but well too bored lah. or else we will start to look out of the window n see if Star Virgo is back or not. haha. n, i hav decided to buy the HTC Touch le, prehaps later in the night?? $400 flying off soon. anyway, i will be out of town from 23rd to 26th, going to malaysia. but still can call me to chat one, got IDD. i guess this will be the one n only overseas trip this long holiday. sian arh! sometimes, while working, i realli feel like going out of office n find some LPS ppl to get together n slack. realli miss u guys! hope to be able to meet up soon! 31st dec is too long a wait alrd!

Finally finished my work for the day, but still cannot leave the office,
hav to wait till 530. haha, come to think of it, very long never update
alrd. for those who faithfully come n check for updates every now n then,
sorry.(although i dunno if there is any of u) i'm updating using email btw,
canon's email sys, so i dunno if this will be posted sucessfully. quite
alot of things happened these few days. suddenly boss got new work for us,
so abit more busy now. then back home, my mum kick up a fuss for apparantly
no good reason, so yea, we had a quarrel. cold war. dunno will last until
when, but i am not giving in. Mood swing is certainly not an excuse.
actually i kindda dread going home these few days n continue the cold war.
how good it wld be if can jus bypass everything at home eg, shower, dinner
n etc... and head straight for bed then wake up the next morning n "siam"
immediately. How i miss my second family, the LPS family. Can we hav a
gathering soon?? before christmas plz! but i guess it wld be hard to find a
time whereby all o fus cld make it, everyone is flying in n out of
singapore. cheryl jus returned not too long ago, jo-lin is coming back
today if i did not rmb wrongly. n Mrs tan flying off on the 7th if i'm not
wrong? n me staying put on this tiny red dot on the map! prehaps it cld be
a gd thing aftall, at least i can run n hide at some corner when i'm sick
of the quarrels when i'm on this red dot called "home", if i'm on some
other dots on the map, chances r i wld get lost if i were to find a place
to hide. haha. and to add on to my sad sad life, my sis initially told me
that she wanted to print some folders for her presentation and wanted me to
help, so i got the designs, printer n quotation for her. then she suddenly
told me that she doesn't want it anymore. what a waste of my efforts!
forget abt the unhappy stuff, shall take a peek at the brighter side of
life, PAYDAY! i think it shld be mon or something, but when the pay comes
in, probs come in too. suddenly find myself wanting to buy so many things
yet not enuf money to buy them. i want an ipod nano(yes, i did not buy it
at sitex in the end cos DBS got promo), i oso want a new phone! all M1's
fault, send me a $100 upgrade waiver. i wanna buy a smart phone! narrowed
down to two phones alrd. The HTC Touch or the Samsung i600. Samsung i600 is
like ur normal phone but runs on windows mobile n have a quwerty keypad(a
full keyboard), while the HTC Touch is a phone with no keypads at all, jus
a few simple buttons(ur normal keypad without the numbers). but it hav a
touch screen, jus like the apple iphone. but i think i will most probably
get the HTC Touch. cos it looks gd, function wise, comparable to samsung
and it is WHITE in colour! it looks great man! and let me see wat else i
want, prehaps a revamp of my study table n shelves? saw this set in IKEA,
all white! very nice! but quite EX. full set cost some where ard $2000? N
now i hate CPF! 20% u noe! nonsense! giving me that pathetic 2.5% interest?
then cannot invest somemore! cos got his dunno wat minimum amount thing, i
think is $120k at present.... n i gonna say bye to my travel concession
somewhere at the end of the yr or nx yr?? n this again translate to higher
expenses! oh yes, cab fare rising again! so prehaps next time muz hav
lesser taxi trips! Can't wait to reach 18 n get my licence and prehaps a
car if i can afford it? but i doubt so. haha. the only way i guess is to
start my own biz? or give tution like siao? but if i wanna start my own
biz, where to get capital? got some biz ideas actually but it is useless if
there is no capital. maybe shld use this time to start to draw up a
business propoal and hopefully present it to some venture capitalist to get
the funding? ok, it sounds too much like a fairy tale now. shall work

Hi ppl, long time no blog liao, haha.... and apparently, only JH come and read it anyway or at least he is the only one who tag lah. Here's to Jo and JH. i oso wake up at 6am now. read on to find out why! Ok, today is the second day of work. Generally working at Canon is fine. up till this very moment, i only noe erm 7ppl in Canon?? eh, no, is 8, including my boss de boss. one is my boss obviously, got two of them r my boss de right n left hand. n three colleagues doing the same job as me. n another person from HR. I would say, all these ppl r really nice ppl lah! especially Boss! My work place is fantastic lor, pantry is always well stocked, there is a machine which makes latte, mocha, cuppucino, hot choc and lots more lah... Ok, back to my workplace. Erm it is a room( u can call it a office if u want), n it is onli shared among 4 ppl. the rest of the marketing staff is working in an open office concept, similar to wat u find in ur sch staff rm. So, we actually do all sorts of stuff in the room lah. haha. since no one realli comes into our "office". we chit chat, laugh, zzzzz...., on music, play psp?? oh yes, Boss dun come in too=) maybe only once or twice. he let us work on our own! He dun mind us calling clients with a earphone stuck to our ear!( of course not both). So, since we hav so much freedom n privacy in our office, we make full use of it! effectively, we only work for four hrs a day lor, with the rest of the time chatting n so on. but he dun mind as long as we give him what he wants! not too bad arh, paid to chat. haha. ok, u may wonder why i wake up at 6 when i need to reach office by 830? i wanna beat rush hr crowd lah! so i clock in at 745, read papers n drink coffee! i dun start work until 9 n i end work at 5 but i in office 830 to 530! cos no body pick up calls anyway. In case u still dunno, i work under the bussiness imaging division. My dept is marketing, so i basically call companies,yea. Lunch is nice too! 1.5 hrs! not too bad right! but jus dun be late for work.... very serious consequences!

wow, Prom was ystd, so was my interview. And not to forget the LPS Family gathering @ Marina. Shall tok abt LPS gathering @ Marina first. Met up with Aaron and Ken quite early, abt 130 i guess. Aaron tua pai n turn up late with that anime hairstyle which eventually got flattened out by me=). Anyway train to clementi then took bus to town. Saw Ken sleeping on the bus eventually n Aaron was like trying to erm ATTACK him??? but he woke up in time. reached town liao n that Aaron lye was like still trying to tie his shoe laces..... we almost abandoned him on the bus man. haha. anyway, alighted and that aaron lye still not done with his shoe laces, so he ended up sitting in front of lucky plaza to tie his laces. went to lido to catch a movie, but none was nice, so ended up looking for a cafe to hav some food n tok cock. wanted TCC actually, but when we went to the entrence, Ken chicken out lah. so we ended up at like mac-cafe. nonetheless, it was equally enjoyable to be able to catch up on old times with great friends. Ken mistaken Isetan for cold storage aft that, anyway we went into the "cold storage" and three guys went to the supermarket like they hav never been into one before. Ok, we were realli fancinated by the jap stuff they hav there. went to look at alcohol aft that and ok, we were in the world of our own. haha. then got some political tok aft we left Isetan. it was totally crap lah. then we cab down to citylink mall to meet up with the rest. ok as usual, we r the only one on time, the rest were kinda late, but it wasn't too bad this time round. Anyway met up with cheryl,shawn,afiza, jolin,jingwen,charmaine,yeeping,wendy,jionghong,azh. herman joined us later. And he looks like a long tou lao da lah, with his red hair. i take my hat off u man herman! but it was very nice! went to swensens aft much deliberation by the panel of charbor. then trained down to cheryl's hse aft that. Mahjong begins! we were like trying to act pro, playing those minimum requirement kinda thing. then finally the classic, open tile mahjong! apparantly, herman's red hair didn't bring him much luck! haha.

Ok shall tok abt job interview n prom now=). didn't perpare much for prom actually, it was simply a grab n go kinda thing. anyway i decided that my role shall jus be sit n watch, so yea, dun ned to go through all that hassel. infact, i was more concerned abt dressing right for my interview. like, not dressing overly formal and things like that. thats why no coat for prom,yea. for ur info, my boss is not wearing a coat at the interview, yea. anyway i think this guy is a joker lah, he was like telling me how canon values punctuality and here he is telling me he hav problems coming to work on time. Generally the interview went relatively well and yea, i was hired. Paywise, i am free to negotiate with HR. HR contacted me this morning and yea so we negotiated and came to an agreeable sum. So, i am starting work on 21st nov. Workplace: Keppel Bay Tower. Do find me for lunch there. ok, shall tok abt prom now. arrived at raffles town club at abt 6plus and was quite dissapointed to miss jerald and gongtuo's Grand arrival?? as they called it?? heard that they booked a london cab n so on, but dunno why cancelled in the end. well but i guess no matter how grand it is supposed to be, nothing is going to beat that rolls royce at the entrance lah. slacked away throughout the whole prom. ok, highlight of the prom was when gracia was on stage. almost half of the ballroom suddenly became empty! ok, i was one of those who walked out first. evil right? Then followed by the speech by Benjamin n Maria. i swear that it was so funny lah! even the staff there were laughing! yea, dirty jokes.... anyway cab home with LJ aft that, were toking abt jobs n so on along the way. oh yes not to forget Mr Samuie's kind gesture of buying doughnuts for E2&3 . But i guess everyone was kinda full and yea so couldn't realli finish the doughnuts.

Haha, its definitely a good day today, except for the slightly tough chem p1. but physics paper 1 rocks to the core! One more paper to go! Jiayou to me n Everyone else who takes bio, namely jo-lin,shawn,charmaine,azh and many more, cannot rmb offhand. haha. sorry to those i didn't name. anyway going for interview at canon on wed before prom! if everything goes well(i think it shld, cos its a short-listed interview request from canon),i will be working at canon for the rest of the five mths or so. Is it true that when one have nothing to do, he/she will start to turn paranoid? i seem to be suffering for this erm theory?? haha. i actually dreamt of the day which i'm slated to get my O lvls results. When i got my cert, i saw my Chem grade as C6. Then my chem teacher came forward and tell me" C for Chemistry" n my jaws dropped... i was like so r u trying to say that A for A maths?? B for biology n so on?? n A for Amaths?? r u kidding me?? i realli dun noe. haha. but surprisingly, i didn't managed to see the other grades which i "dream of". but i certainly dun hope that my dreams would come true, althought i realli yearn to get A for Amaths, but definitely not at the expense of the other subjects n only getting one A.

Haha, jus unofficially proclaimed my last paper for O levels! only three more mcq... Headed straight to town aft bio P2 ystd. spend alot of money, haha, abt $150 i guess. haha. went to donut factory to queue for donuts, surprisingly the queue was kindda short. only queued for like 20mins?? i think that bio P2 was manageable, ss was manageable too, but i not dare to put a definite grade on it cos aft all its a writing subject and hence kindda subjective, yea. As for bio, i was never an outstanding biology student and yea, so no comments abt it. Hopefully it turns out to be wat JH wished me( he was spot on for physics), so yea, hopefully i can score with his blissings. haha. then i spend half of today sleeping, i woke up at 11! OMG! its been a long time since i wake up at such time. haha. hard life! then the rest of the day is used to find jobs. onli got reply from ClearChannel so far, and status of application is under consideration. but anyway, shall wait a few more days n see got any other job offers or not, if dun hav then i think i shall go to gloria jeans n work. Wow, its been two mths since i set up my blog, how time flies.... from before prelims to now, in the midst of Os. Had been busy studying bio and ss these two days, so much to study! and i muz realli do well for these two sub lor,thx to the killer physics paper... and oh yes, forgot to mention that i started looking for jobs liao. Jobhunting is a tedious task, but its fun. so far applied to quite a few firms liao, but no reply yet cos weekend, hopefully i wld get a favourable reply soon... I applied to AIA,Canon,ClearChannel,Epson,Tangs, TravelPac,Banks(local & foreign), and admin jobs from RecruitExpress&KellyServices... Actually wanted to go work at Sitex2007, but the date too near, very sian... so in the end never go apply. anyway the pay is so little lor, $30/day w commission. haha, even if in the end none of these companies employ me, i still got backup jobs! Anyway for those who wanna work, i noe that robinsons is paying 5/hr weekday, 6/hr weekend, $140allowance. Noel is paying $10??/hr. Centre Pt CSO $5.5/hr. Sitex, depending on who u work for, can range from 30-50 basic pay, commission abt 1%-2.5%. i dun thihk i need to spell things out for the fastfood chains bah. Shall go mug for bio n ss now!

WARNING to all sec threes! Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Levels 2007 Physics paper2 sucks to the core! Do not try to even attempt it in the TYS2008. U shall suffer an early death. Haha lets see how u ppl die nx yr! i dun noe how to do the qns, how?? i oso dun noe. hopefully i'm not the only one in the whole of singapore to think this way or rather not only my sch thinks this way. well i guess it all really depends on how kind the moderation team is to us... will they moderate enuf for me to get at least an A2? i dun noe. i seriously dun. but now that this paper seems almost like a gone case which i could not possibly factor in as my B1, i shall work hard on bio,ss and all three MCQs. especially the Chem MCQ. from the looks of it, it seems that chem hav the best chance to score. lets pray that chem paper one wld be a breeze like p2. wat a pity, physics is suppose to be one of my stronger subjects and i didn't manage to score in it. if i manage to score for this particular paper, i could hav realli call it a day and wrap things up nicely, jus waiting for my ss paper to come and as long as i get a pass for my ss/geog, it wld hav been good enuf to go into the course i want. why is it that things turn out so badly at this crucial moment? so close yet so far. lets hope that the bio paper wld be a nice paper to do so that at least it can create a nice L1R5 score for me, although i dun ned an L1R5 score cos i made up my mind to go poly liao. but i guess its always good to hav a nice cert isn't it??

OMG! Dun noe why it seems like i jus can't get anything into my head after the massive headache yesterday.... The headache is gone now, but it seems like still can't get anything inside my head. Physics die liao Haha. Or is it jus an excuse given by the set of lazy bones in me. Haha shall conquer that lazy bones of mine and work hard for tmr. Its jus two more days of exams then i get a full week break. Strive on, kimhock!

continued... ok, finally managed to squeeze something into that brain of mine and completed like 80% of the syllabus liao, shld mug for the rest of the 20% tonight. anyway, cdans is quite a nice place for studying, no wonder cheryl,shawn and fiza always go there. haha. went there today with jo, from like 1 plus to 630. but found the sofa abit too comfortable for studying(abit wanna fall asleep), but i guess it beats the drilling sound at mac. make or break, it all depends on tmr for my L1B2R2. i think i hav already secured my L1,B1,R1 with english(L1),chinese,(B1),Emaths(R1), so it realli all leads down to physics and ss/geog now and prehaps chem(if i do well enuf,conservative estimate at A2 or prehaps B3). and yes, i give up on amaths, jus wanna pass at least. As for bio, i do not dare say anything abt it, it all depends on nx mon, lets see wat Cambridge and SEAB hav up their sleeves. haha. shall end here n go mug! JY guys!

Chinese paper1 was relatively easy as usual, paper 2's first open ended passage was abit hard. But overall i think should be not bad. Prehaps an A2 or even A1 if i'm lucky. And, yes i finished the whole paper in time, in good time infact. I learn my mistake from the last time...

ok for those who read this entry earilier, sorry, cos i add on somemore. cannot write everything at a go cos i post the entry via phone. so yea. lazy to type. Anyway heard for jo-lin that the HCL letter writting was kinda hard, as for P2, we didn't realli tok abt it cos rushing for time... anyway for those HCL students who happened to be kinda demoralised by P1, dun think abt it anymore, concentrate on the other subjects. still got lit, physics, bio, chem p1, ss and pardon me if i missed out anything. anyway on the other hand, if u think its hard, chances r, the rest wld think so too and so yea, no worries. i'm sure the moderation team wld do u guys justice, provided u ppl realli put in the effort for the past four years and truly deserve the grade. if u didn't(put in the effort), wat i can say is that u only hav urself to blame, it wld truly be a bonus if u do well, jus like wat some of my friends got in the June CL paper...

Maths P2 todae wasn't too bad at all.i was expecting it to be much harder since Cambridge didn't realii require us to use too much of our brain ystd.A conservative estimate for todae's paper wld be 93/100. and that means, assuming A2 to be 70marks, i can afford to even fail my P1 which i took ystd. but now that almost everything which i sat for is so easy, here comes another prob.The moderation team wld not be too kind to us, they will shift the whole bell curve towards the left and may even alter the shape of the distribution curve by a certain extend, and that wld often mean that those at the end of the curve, particularly the right end of the curve could suffer the most. ok now hav to worry abt chinese tmr, hopefully my time management statergy works this time rd, not like the last time. but the last time certainly taught me how to plan my time well, thats why todae i got 1 hr to complete the last qn for maths. and i foresee that chinese will oso encounter the same bell curve situation...

Both eng papers r like, erm.... total crap if cannot get distinction? did i speak too soon?? haha. over confident=( KIMHOCK, cannot let it get into ur head! ok, enuf of eng. Maths, not too bad too, i expect to get at least 70 out of 80 for p1.let me do the math for u, thats minus TEN marks! but u hav to bear in mind, this is not the same Tan Kim Hock as the one whom exist four years back. My maths is erm even worst than roller coaster ride. i rmb the last time whereby i am super confident of a 100mark when doing maths is at PSLE. and true enuf, A*, but of course i dun noe the exact mark lah. haha, but unfortunately, that feeling never come back again. how i wish it did... but although todae three papers, it was not too bad, i think the worst day hav gotta be nx mon, whereby ss and bio p2 tgt. all memory sub, how to rmb? and if u ask me to choose, of course its ss. cos i onli got one humanities.

hi ppl! its been a week since i last blogged, a good long week. its been a very hectic week for me, and my life revolves just ard three words, eat, sleep & study. never been as busy as last week in the whole of my life. Not even for PSLE haha. i still rmb, fours yrs ago, my prep for PSLE. it took only erm two days? and the day before my first paper, i went shopping by myself. i oso dun noe what am i doing last time, anyway, its the results which matters and i got my results, to me it was brillant, althought it isn't to many.and i realli hav to credit this to mrs tan and my friends, be it from 6A or 6B. it is the support which u guys had rendered to me which made me who i am today, althought i'm not exactly doing very well, but u guys aren't to blame, but rest assure, u guys will see a more successful ME in the future aft i cross this hurdle in front of me. even till today, the LPS ppl hav been a major pillar which i rely on for support, i seriously dun noe what will become of me if u guys aren't there for me when i needed u ppl. these ppl are namely, jolin, cheryl, shawn, afizah, kenneth,jiong hong, herman and many others. anyway that was a time whereby i had infinite self confidence, which i definitely dun hav now. prehaps its due to the fact that i hav come to realised the cruelty of life throughout the past four yrs and that stupid mistake which i made, or rather, the someone which made the mistake for me and made a mess of my life for the past four yrs. whatever it is, i hav to get out of this mess, real soon. actually i oso need to thank the person who made a mess of my life for the past four yrs for making me realise that i need to fight for my own future and hence indirectly i actually matured in my thinking by quite a fair bit and i finally found my direction in life. prehaps its a blessing in disguise.

Ok was quite productive todae studying chem at my uncle's house. went out for lunch at east point(simei) the pasta was quite nice, but i scalded my tongue! then, on the way home(in my uncle's car), we stopped by a junction for the red light, i looked to the other side of the road, only to see an orange Peugeot 1007 cruising forward and came to a stop, the driver alighted. My heart missed a beat, my jaws dropped, it was a french and it was love at first sight, but not with the driver, it was the car! the door slided open(parallel to the car body)! not like the conventional cars u see on the road. not even a ferrari open its doors in such style! u see, Peugeot already have a very nice front, it runs in their blood, and this car... with its super cool sliding doors, fully automatic! ok, prehaps i am being very suaku here, all along i knew that this car existed, but i didn't noe that it was this cool, not to mention the sliding doors. u noe this is not only the cool cool type of car, but it sure have an more than average dose of cuteness in it. cute plus cool? WOW! anyway, u see for urselves, i included a video(official peugeot commercial) and some photos. this is certainly my dream car and i dun foresee that any cars can replace peugeot's place in my erm heart?

Tmr is chem prac, shld be able to do well, first part confirm 12M one! haha(over confident), but i dun think i have gotten anything lesser than that before, except for once, due to a calculation mistake. and btw i think i'm going crazy! i'm doing all the stupid things at home, like making fun of songs i hear on the radio, i listen to Gold 90.5 & Class 95 btw. YES! Tmr will be the last day of sch, and thereaft, study leave will commence, this oso implies that o levels r coming real soon. I'm proud to announce that i didn't pon sch at all aft prelims, despite hearing abt alot of ppl from my sch and other school ponning sch. Study week will be a hectic week which i will most probably spent with the usual lps study grp ppl. Looking forward to getting over with O levels! i jus realised that alot of people the b'dae falls in oct, practically spent the weekend surfing the net for presents, but couldn't really find anything. and yes, i'm too lazy to go out... so far only settled on one present, and it belongs to MISS GOH! So hard to buy presents.... In fact i only got the idea on wat to buy for her aft looking at an ad on the tv, and well i thought that it looks appealing and so why not? sigh.. still got alot of presents haven settle yet. and i dun think i got the time to shop for gifts anymore, 14 more days.... Had my last eng lesson of the year yesterday... as well as geog and social studies lessons. All of these three subject teachers had taught me since sec one, and my eng teacher had taught me for four years consecutively, he is oso my Form Teacher for sec 1, 2 & 3. althought sometimes cannot stand him cos he abit gay gay one( not that his sexual orientation is u noe, gay, but it is his actions, the way he carries himself, especially the way he laughs) i certainly hope that he doesn't see this post;). but, nevertheless, he's still a very good teacher who improved my eng grade from C6 to A1 throughout the four years. i will miss certainly miss his lame jokes, actually i dun laugh at his jokes, i laugh at the way he tells the jokes. THANK YOU, Mr Samuie. Ok shall talk abt my SS cum history teacher now. This guy is also a super lame guy, but he's a really good teacher. I call him mummy's boy(cos i always see him chatting on the phone with his mother)! he taught me history in sec 1 & 2. and he's the one who actually made me interested in history. but i didn't take history in the end cos i jus couldn't score no matter how hard i try, and yea thats how i ended up taking geog elect. but he became my teacher again during sec 4. i guess this is fate. THANK YOU, MR Cha aka mummy's boy. Ok now is my geog teacher. i really enjoyed her lessons, she can really click well with her students. she understands the agony of us student, and so she always books the air-con room for us during her lesson. life is so miserable without air-con. She taught me geog all the way from sec one to four, except sec 2, whereby a stupid teacher who is supposed to be more experience came and teach me, and screwed everything up for me! oh yes she didn't teach me for the first half year of sec three oso, cos i was taught by another very nice teacher whom hav now left to assume the post of VP in Yuhua sec. he is oso a very good teacher whom i personally miss alot. he oso very lame one. Thank You, Ms Lim aka merlion( now known as Mrs lee but, i still prefer to call her ms lim) and Thank You, Mr jansen! i noe u miss us too! haha. hmmm from this post i realised something, and that is if u like lame teachers, come to my sch. i oso realised that lame teachers=good teachers(at least for those who had taught me). But the sad thing is, i never prepare grad gifts for them... cos too busy to go and shop for grad gifts, but i think i will find a day after O levels and invite them for dinner for all that they hav done. For those teachers whom i hate, too bad, u won't be invited! for those reading my blog, dun ever ask ur siblings to come my sch, cos all the good teachers had left liao only left a pathetic few whom i think shld be leaving soon....

The Countdown Clock to O Levels is ticking away by the sec.... actually i dun noe why, but all of a sudden, this countdown clock feels like a timebomb to me, and wld i be able to NEUTRALISE it. and wat am i doing here, sometimes i wonder too(prehaps to neutralise the timebomb).... Prelims r alrd bad enuf, Os shall not and will not be. For i'm there to turn the tables round, but can i? given the time left, 17days, 8hrs and 5mins( and yes, its still ticking away by the second)! L1R4 is a disappointing 16, not to mention L1R5. i'm jus one pt away from the cut off for the course of my dreams, but surely i couldn't let heaven decide my fate by applying with a 15pt! i must reach out to my future and happiness with my own hands, and not rely on the cruelty of fate. Future Banker? or a nobody in life is up to me to decide and create...I just hav to cross this hurdle once and for all! and i can start to look forward to success in life! I CAN DO IT! or rather, I MUST DO IT!

Lol! haha. so funny! i actually typed www.hotmale.com when i accessing my email... thats real stupid of me... anyway Happy Children's Day to all who visit my blog and whom still regard themselves as children(i'm sure there r some out there)! todae was a hard day, doing papers for four different subjects from 8am in the morning all the way to 6pm in the evening... hand aching now! sad that will not hav time to go for study grp at all this week due to mock exams, but if i can find some time in between, i will still turn up! prelims r over and mock exams r here, soon it will be our final lap, O levels.... time flies, it seems like jus yesterday that i left LPS and now guess wat, i'm going to graduate from sec sch soon, infact real soon... sad to say, i do not hav any significant memories of my sec sch up till this very moment, except my bunch of very very nice juniors. prehaps its jus that i didn't treasure wat i hav for these past few years.... anyway thats all in the past, shall take a look at the bright side of life and yea, i see an exciting life awaiting me not too far away from where i am right now! Its going to be a hectic week for me nx week.... mock exams r here to stay and whats more, i have two full rounds of them. yes, all within a week. its realli a mockery man. damn shit! they shld grant us more self study time... hav not been going to study grp for quite a few days liao, cos too lazy to go out at night, so i study in the day lor, prehaps jo-lin is right aft all... but i do study in the night too, its jus that i do so at home. but somehow i still feel that going to study grp is more productive... but most importantly, i tend to miss study grp, feel sort of weird if i do not see any lps ppl for the whole week... and gd news! my eng got second round moderation and now its A1! first time in four years! i still rmb the time when i jus got into my sec sch, my eng grades were like C6, then as the years goes by, i improve gradually and viola, its an A1 now! but seriously, sec sch hav made me gain interest in eng somehow, prehaps its due to the fact that its my most stable subject and that never did i once deprove for my english throughout the 8 sem so far!(even if the cohort underperform for any of the sems) hopefully it will continue the trend for O levels! as for my other subs, it is practically like a stock index, there were times whereby there is a bull run, and there were times whereby the bears kick in, as for now, i think shld be bull run lah(althought my results doesn't reflect that on the surface.) but i find that i can pass subjects which i used to put in tonnes of efforts and still fail previously, but this time i managed to pass them despite not completing my revision. the only real disappointment is Amaths...and prehaps chinese during the june paper. but i'm not giving up, i'm giving the both of them another shot and see how it goes... i'm quite confident of getting an A for my chinese by yr end, but Amaths have constantly been my weakness... hopefully i can bring my grades up and manage a pass in O levels... anyway had dinner with my family( including all my aunt and uncles and cousins) at a restuarant named "rice table" at cuppage rd(beside center pt)... almost didn'n make it there cos need to book in advance... but thanks to my uncle, we mangaged to get a place there! it is actually something like buffet styled, but u r served by the ppl there. the food there is not bad, but if u cannot take spicy stuff, dun go there! it is actually something like erm nasi padang whereby there r like 20 dishes for u to eat all u can. prehaps can go there for lps gathering aft O levels?? and anyway, my FT so damn cute lah, give us this huge apple for children's day! actually i sort of miss pri sch life.... i miss my children's day as compared to mock exams.... to make things worst, monday is Amaths mock exam! shall go mug mug liao. realli dun wish to fail Amaths anymore!

GOOD NEWS! i passed two more subjects! so now i only fail one! hahahahahaha! funny right? celebrating the fact that i actually failed! and its all thanks to my teachers for helping me find that extra mark and for erm taking my daily work into consideration and pushing my grades up! Haha i'm back! got bac all the prelim results liao! eh but it was quite disappointing.... failed three subjects in all two of them fail by one mark. the other one was a very horrible fail! actually kinda expected this grades cos i didn't complete my revision due to some unforeseen circumstances... but was quite happy to pass my chem despite only completing less than half of my revision. oh yes and my eng is A2 now, aft moderation. actually thats the only achievement i hav for this prelims, yea. the rest were crap! combine humanities r like once my best subject, scoring over 90 marks each and every time previously, but now i barely pass it.... what am i doing? actually i oso dun realli noe! but i guess i will hav to work doublely hard if i wanna pursue my interest. although O levels r like a bare minimum qualification, but it is realli very important lor, without it, no matter how talented or interested u r in any particular area, u will never be able to realise ur dreams without it... anyway i was at Gloria Jean's todae to study and i was sort of impressed by their coffee art althought i oso saw it at a few different places before... here r some pics!

Hi there... haha todae prelims screwed up totally! or at least i think so. had a tok with my FT and erm didn't expect it to last four hours. poor FT wearing heels somemore. anyway it was super benificial and yea what my physics and chem teacher say is so true. "O" levels is a hurdle which i need to cross over. in fact i need to cross it very badly... and cross it properly. sec sch is jus here to hinder me from my future success. and once i cross this hurdle, its showtime! in short i'm this person with no interest in any of the subjects i'm taking now but i'm left with no choice but to take these subjects which i will hav no use for in the future.... the education sys here is really a torture for some ppl... we can't do what we want and there is jus too many stereotypes out there! anyway i am very glad to be able to clinch a B3 for my eng. for ur info there r only two A2 in the cohort this time no A1s at all and a handful of B3s. was like so afraid that i couldn't maintain my standard this time round cos the cohort realli flair very badly and my teacher was like telling me the results for our class wasn't very gd when i saw him at westcoast mac and he was asking me alot abt the paper this and that. when he asked abt the essay part i told him i did argumentative, he gave me that i wanna kill u look! so yea prehaps i worry too much. anyway uploaded a new song "1973" by james blunt! its a nice song, alot of momentum, or shld i call it rythm? i oso dun noe... not a music person u see? anyway for those who get erm not so promising results for prelims, dun be dishearted, prelims r usually out to kill u see... and for those who score? keep up the gd work, persist on! its the last lap alrd! and we wld be free aft that! and incase u guys r wondering why my blog only got LPS ppl the links and tags, i actually didn;t make this blog known to my sec sch friends. and the juniors thing erm i think i will make it known to them sometime later lah. but at this pt of time, this blog is exclusively for the LPS ppl. Its been a bad day for me todae! Dun noe today step out of hse step on gou shi (dog shit
) or wat... nothing goes my way for the first half of the day.... first it was that stupid physics paper, qns all weird weird one. i think my teacher out to wipe us all out lor! Crazy quek! but on the other hand, P2 was much better. I truly love Radiation chapter aft this Prelim! anyway get back to my dog shit day... Then aft that i when to collect the rubber stamp for my mum. i suppose to be able to collect it by 10am in the morning lor, then i went there at 1130, guess wat the person told me?

shopkeeper: oh we r so sorry, but the rubber stamp is not here yet. can you come back tmr?

me: so when will it be here? i seriously have no time to come again tmr and i need it urgently!

shopkeeper: erm u wait arh i go call my father(her father is also working in the shop)

Shopkeeper:(calling father) eh where is the rubber stamp? u put here 10am, customer come alrd! Wah lau lah u F***ing Idiot...

Shopkeeper: erm can u come back in half an hours time?

me: ok, i will come back at 12..

12noon:

me: so is my rubber stamp here?

Shopkeeper:(rush to the phone to call father again) where the hell r u? customer wants it now! i tell u u better come back asap!

Shopkeeper: can you come bac in half an hours time?

me: how many half an hours do u want me to wait? ten? twenty? i'm only giving you 15mins!

shopkeeper: i will try to rush out for u, sorry.

me: i waited for u for 1 hour do you noe that?

father: keep mum, act never hear.

me:i want an explanation for making me wait for u for an hour!

father: this one we dun do here one so cannot say a definite timing one. who give u the timing one?

was so damn angry lah! alrd got a very tight schedule today liao then still delay me by 1hr! then muz go call my tution teacher and my friends to push everything back by 1hr! so mafan!

then my stupid tution teacher thought i push back by 1.5hr then come late somemore!totally pissed off man!

anyway things got better aft that. went home to shower and change then go to jo's hse to pass her bio notes and went on to tampines with nothing cropped up on the way up to now!

anyway hope that O levels will end asap then organise LPS gathering! shall all of us meet up everyday? we shall see...

Holidays r over, agony is here to stay

Haha the holidays r over, ehh why am i laughing.... i should sob... its a sad thing. Exams resume today, geog was okay, maths is no formula no tok....and obviously i dun hav the formula.haha! didn't study at all during the holidays and here i am blogging away. sigh... bad student hor? anyway decided to pangseh prelims liao lor! how abt O levels? 6pts i hope, i specify arh i hope.... but i dun think can lah, judging from past performance.... but aft all who noes? just like wat the banking and finance ppl always says past performance is not indicative of future performance....hopefully its true lah! and i hav a feeling that i going to die tmr coz its CHEM paper! but on the other hand things may not be that bad aft all, starting to pass chem liao... chem prac gives me hope! Anyway i add a bg song to my blog today! imeem is seriously a hassle take forever to upload(until i dozed off,haha)! so ppl on ur speakers and enjoy the song!
